Show age but not birthday

I was editing my forum profile, and I noticed that you can only display your age if you also display your birthday.

 

Obviously, for the forum to calculate your age you would have to input your birthday. But is there a way to display your age, yet hide your birthday from the public?

Doesn't appear to be, but I don't know if that's something that we can customize or not. If it is, either I don't have access to it or can't find it.

It is customizable but would require editing the forum PHP code directly I think. Not something we plan on implementing unless when we move to upgrade the forum software, which will not be for awhile.
