  1. 1. WOF Dosent matter it is patched in with Modwiki weapon patch 2. Weapon ballance is vanilla in realism (I'll do the fomod in a sec) 3. Are you using any wordspaces or no world space? Adding crossbow: Yes Pipe gun overhaul will be used as well it will be in the next update.
  2. haahah refresh page 10 messages popped up
  3. I think you may need to download manually the file may be corrupt, How big is it? 22k for me
  4. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/73053307/MODWiki%20-%20Worldspace%20-%20Patch.7z Added Beantown interiors collectables and weapons with links to functional display mounting...... And they are featured items now... Are the GNOMES Quest items or collectables? they have a (DRGN) prefix I'll add them through the interface rather than modify them via edits as there seems to be direct references to the name. oops missed 8 objects re uploaded
  5. looks like there are a buckload of toys etc I'll have it in the next patch
  6. Updated Categories.dat for October looks like the nexus added 3 new categories breaking the numbering.... Thanks LordKee for picking up on that I so enjoyed doing that!!!!!! It made my face numb.
  7. No it's not I just had it there before Weaponsmith and haven't removed it. (It's not a master of anything) It's just another fail/oops when I converted to this layout
  8. do you have any mods installed from Beth website? also as a test try making a new profile with no mods and see if you can get to the main menu
  9. what? Um F4SE goes in the FO4 main folder not DATA then it should just appear in your executables
  10. Are you trying to run your enb? or just f4se (no enbboost, fxshader or shadowboost) If you are running any of that turn it off and run with just f4se New and improved forum thread Gosh and darn are the words of the day
  11. Is this to hard to read? Anyone have Suggestions on layout before I mash the button and never look at it again? https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Gernash/Plugin_Weapons#See-Through_Combat_Scopes_-_4x_Magnification
  12. Good to hear Modern weapons are balanced for level 40 as your upgraded vanilla weapons when you hit level 40 I've adjusted to have similar damage. I'm intending to make level requirements to ammo crafting so you cannot make exotic ammo till level 40 so that will keep that in check. Also Caliber barrels need to be removed from the crafting station. (I'm having difficulty in contacting the mod author to make sure it's OK. I know I'm being pedantic and it shouldn't be an issue but better safe than sorry) I'm quite happy with the look (Only a few things to change) the only thing is if you come across a low rez object I tend to stare at it then search the nexus.... have you tried out the Night time atmosphere - My issue is the tracers you hear bullets whizzing by but cant tell where they are coming from the new patch covers that and gives you more interaction with the environment. Nitpicking: this is what I want to hear about!! The version I'm running has more item modification in the pip-boy then in the current patch (and the one Gopher uses hehe) I'll add the other game controller items into a sub-menu. "nothing to complain about" Dammit! seriously complain!! I know ballistics are awful atm... new version is a vast improvement. Have you tried the Wartags Paint job (under factions)? Personally I think it's amazing. Next PA patch has an overall for default mesh and base textures and colors.
  13. Salvage beacons look interesting. I've not looked at it but if script based it should just work.
  14. WOC by the forums goes before BTInteriors, I'd not use WOC until level 40 unless you want DPS madness. Personally I'd put it before all the Worldspace mods if anything gets overwritten then that will be a blessing.......
  15. An example of something that I would change: Raider overhaul the attach point of it's skins should be AP_Color not lining so then in a future patch - find several skins then add them all to AP_Color and mix it up in the LL so there is greater variety BUT I have to contact the MOD authors make sure it's OK add them to the thankyou list create patch and then deploy... IT's all a process... takes time Soon I'll be busy on a job site so wont be able to do much with the wiki so I'm trying like mad to get it to an acceptable level. To give you an Idea I wake up at 9am log into this forum, field RL jobs work on wiki go to bed 2am I've been doing this for almost 2 weeks. I've learn a lot about the interaction of mods and how they function in the game environment now, My competency is very high in the sections I've explored. It's how I can Guess your questions and answer them without pause. So basically I'll put in 1 more week of time so I'll either explore Worldspace and Nifs or just massage the Wiki itself more I do not know. NP Happy to help
  16. na he's talking about the one in the profile folder yes you can copy paste to it I'm trying to make the load list as redundant as possible as long as you run fo4edit and get that right and the basic rule of thumb I posted it will work. The Patches Overwrite most of the sections that these mod access as they need to be combined or you will not experience the mod as intended. The patches just blend it all together. The choices for overwrites Are just based on my "Feeling" while playing the game (Use the force...) My approach to overwrites is more this : mod uses this bullet has this force the projectile looks like this and behaves like this...Which mods achieve this goal (blend blend blend) POP MODWiki
  17. Thanks for the coment. I'm being rushed mainly by myself atm, because I'm not happy with the ballistics, and it makes me feel as a major oversite of the WIKI. So I've tried to samsh that out as quickly as I can (I have the update ready). I noticed there are a few people using and about to use the loadout so I'm just waiting on more coments to tidy up things at the same time. (You may have noticed the BLUE sections in the wiki that are updated (Just going to further "de-Kastra" the MODWiki while I'm waiting.)) I may not respond to people if they post errors in the wiki, But I do take note and once I've resolved the problems I post a thank you and resolution information at that point. I have moved the change log and added the the revision history. Because it a WIP and the banner is an UNDER CONSTRUCTION I Like people to understand that it's not just a list of mods thrown on a page(the initial ones were to a point) I have taken the time making patches so it's all cohesive the mods IMO should feel part of the game. Once I get basic feedback I'll do a little more fixing and post the new patch. At that point I'll be doing interface changes and textures. Once textures are more "complete" I'll be focusing on the realism Overhaul. These MODS and selection are not things that have been around for years I have to test each new thing manually and review myself. It all takes time.
  18. Current Loadorder in my list https://forum.step-project.com/topic/11094-wip-fallout-4-using-modorganizer-2/page-51?do=findComment&comment=184101 NOTE: It contains mods not in the list. IGNORE THOSE
  19. Yep, that's even more correct then the guide. The requirement is for the meshes to not be overwritten as they have better snap point for vanilla settlement building.
  20. I'll update the info, I meant to hide both the BA2 Files.
  21. Yep, there is a weapon damage settings just choose normal (I've found a damage setting via script/holotape Mod but it's "Survival mode based" I've sent a PM to author to get conformation on it's usage)
  22. I'd say it coming up as notification on main page under latest posts so what you say here is seen by everyone. I've sent a pm to TechAngel85 to see if it can be disabled. I also have moderation privileges over this thread, I have been meaning to go through and cull all the superfluous posts to help those that skim content, but have been focusing on getting the MODWiki to an acceptable level for seamless game play. I did this because I like MO and wanted to use it and have seen no helpful guides out there at all. If you read the guide, I'd hope it comes across in the S.T.E.P vibe and not in the casual manor that I, or others Post in here. Anyone that has communicated to me in forums of private PM's will know that I approach each question with consideration and in a professional manor. If I feel somebody is making rude, malicious or (In my opinion) "over the top" comments I have reigned them in. I personally do not feel that the post's that have appeared here are too out of control, but I do understand the language level is high from some users. I'm sure that can be toned down. But "Dude" and "Bro" is how some people speak and I'll not demand "toffy" messages, I can clearly understand what they are asking or explaining. That being said, If anyone has an issue with myself of any posts in THIS thread I'd appropriate a personal message, rather than an open post, which as an opinion is valid but (as with the message I sent to techangle85) can be resolved in a better way. Thank you. Gernash (Yes there are probably many spelling mistakes and punctuation errors in this post as that is MY thing)
  23. Opps(I think I can say oops) I forgot to include the fomod. I'll in a sec (I mean I will perform that task as soon as I am able)
  24. nope, people keep asking for stuff before I'm ready so I just post current stuff I use files as references while making patches. THE Wiki is correct my load order has extras you don't have or need. I'm change core elements so once I have something set in stone then the changes stop..ie weaponsmith for Modern weapons, workshop rearranged for modwiki etc while balistics are in flux I have like 12 mods for comparrison running at the same time to see what I can squeeze out of it.
