Being the guide doesn't have the DDSopt instruction under all of the AV mods am I right in assuming not all of the mods need it?

Im pretty sure, If you click on the guide, the textures is the *.dds minus the *_*n.dds and normal maps is the *_*n.dds. the 2048x2048 thats shown should probably be both uncompressed and compressed size. If i'm not mistaken.

Thanks, also on a different note. when a mod has an optional is it best to merge or should i just rename the optional?

Probably a dumb question.. but if a mod needs to be DDSopt'd and textures and normal maps are the same res 8192x8192 for example. Do you have to do the exclude *_*n.dds then do the *_*n.dds by it self or can you do the whole *.dds in one go? like i said probably a dumb question.. sorrta hope it doesn't matter because when doing Wyrmstooth doing *_*n.dds grabs the line textures\actors\vulom\vulom_skeleton.dds

hmmm... fomod.dll isn't there and i just updated to 12.9 recently.. only options i get are Ini Editor NMM Input

I don't see a Fomod choice tho and my MO is 12.9

Probably a dumb question... but what if you don't see "Fomod"? all i see is Ini Editor and NMM Input..

Also under Antz in my pantz mod in tesedit it shows "MHDT - Unknown" When MHDT is "MHDT - Max Height Data" did you mean this or "(TVDT) - Unknown"? and "XLCR" is "XCLR"?

Under "Realistic Lighting Overhaul" in the TesEdit there is the line. "Drag the "XLCW - Water Height" and "XLCN - Location" records from Hearthfires.esm to Realistic Lighting Overhaul - Major City Exteriors.esp. Select the "0001A277" node." is "XLCW" supposed to be XCLW?

So apparently you have to switch to "Advanced View" in the "Preference" button... then it's all the same.. Also assuming "boxed" is the "standard" in the "Anti-Aliasing Filter" setting. :D

Okay, so i found out what was wrong.. apparently the 5 installers i was able to find weren't the mobility installer which i manged to find... Blue screened during first install so i uninstalled all drivers and retried and now the 13.6 is installed... :)

Yes i am using an Asus g73jh windows 7 64bit with ATI radion hd 5870... i have thus tried a 13.4 13.5 13.6 beta and 13.6 beta 2 Catalyst install.. (just curious... does this like work for anybody?...https://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx .. this is one of the pages giving the sharepoint errors i was talking about.. after going to amd.com it's the "AMD Certified Drivers" in center of the page....)

Yes, well of the install... not to say that its working... iv tried about three different installers for the latest CCC i could find... and most the links give me a sharepoint error page :( fyi i have a asus g73jh Radion HD 5870 if that helps any

My Catalyst Control Center looks nothing like the pics.. i have tryed multiple updates and multiple uninstall reinstall.. CCC version shows 2009.1217.1632.29627. Please help :(
