ahh i see so you have already progressed into the main quest which mean you must of boinked something when you updated DynDoLod so my only recommendation is to restart and since you have started playing i suggest no more updates.

before you do that it would be good to know what start did you picked? Cos if you didn't pick either camping in the wood or the Helgen vanillia start the doors in whiterun shouldn't be locked.

I belive so you actaully there is a iNeed patch for YOT. I would say no cos that might cause scripting issue later on. Try reloading a pervious save first.

well this One would say that the spinning skyrim emblem mod is just texture and meshes and doesn't contain an esp so isn't a waste of a esp slot This is an oversight I did notice the conflicts in xedit a few days ago but forgot to add a loot rule to load Better Vampires esp after RaceCompatibilityUSKPOverride.esp I have been a bit of scatter brain lately. Yes it true what Nozzer says cos My LO is different to what Darth has which is different to the one I uploaded to nexus so it nothing major to worry about but if you that concerned just use the profile we provide off nexus once you ave reached completion of the guide. LOOT is good for a first pass but you need to manually tweak things that is why we now also provide our most current MO Profile My SRLE Extended LOTD MO Profile (22-06-2017) on the Nexus page as well. I have also started dating it so you know when it was last updated so you should be able to grab that and install into the profiles folder with your MO.

first I would instal MFG Console https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44596/? this will help by showing you the last esp affecting the textures. 1. this is likely from the flora and trees mods. 2. which Option of NPC Retextures are you using? which NPCs are missing textures? 3. Rain would likely be from Vivid weather or the merge for vivid weather.

Well i take it you are using option 2 of the NPC Retextures which means Aela would be coming from Bijin Warmaidens.

The most up to date version of the modwat.ch and the MO profile on the nexus page is from the 12/06/17. I plan to update that once maybe twice a month otherwise I would have to update most days.

Double check the head parts for Aela in the NPC Retexture CR are actaully the same as the head parts for Aela from the merge if not then copy them across. She is pain in the arse for this issue.
