  1. Thank you for the help. This labor of love, and I'm sure at times hate, is pretty darn awesome. Thanks for the time and effort to put it together for the rest of us.
  2. Also, after DSR is installed and has recognized my mods, do I switch the Fomod Installer back to the way it was originally (prefer true)?
  3. That's what I'm currently using; MO 1.3.8 and LOOT 0.7.1 edited: I needed the patcher hotfix. :) All good now, as far as I can tell.
  4. Hey folks. I'm hoping somebody can help me before I shoot my fancy-thinking-machine. I'm at the point of the STEP directions where it says to What I get is an error message saying "skyproc.exceptions.MissingMaster: Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp has some missing masters: -Unofficial Skyrim atch.esp Please activate and try again." As far as I can tell, it is activated, though in the right window of MO (plugins tab) there is a paperclip symbol in the 'Flags' colum right next to it. Is there any help to be had?
  5. With the current version at this moment being 1.81, do I still follow the detailed instructions (for SMIM v1-79 main file and the SMIM Update to 1-80 from 1-76) to the letter?
  6. Hi. It doesn't seem as if anyone has posted here for a while, so I'm hoping someone will notice this post, and have an answer. I also hope this is the right place to ask (if it's not, could someone aim me in the right direction?) I am having a heck of a time following the instuctions givenby the STEP Guide to install Improved Closefaced Helmets (i'm using the Mod Orginizer as suggested). So I download to my computer both the files, and add them using the Mod Orginizer... and there's nothing about merging. What am I doing wrong? So, are you saying that I need to open the compressed file and delete anything that is not a Mesh folder, before adding it with the Mod Orginizer? Which mod am I right clicking on? Sorry for sounding like such a 'noob', but I guess that's what I am. Plus I'm an old man as well, and prefer things to be unconvoluted. Thank you for all the work you folks have put into this, and I hope to get a polite answer soon; I really would like to play the game sometime before I die of old age, which at my age, ain't too far off. :/
