Just out of curiosity Helarchen Creek is not going into the Towns and Villages group?

Depends on what you consider cheap, you can find a GTX 1050 ti for around 200$ USD or a RX 580 and GTX 1060 for 300 USD. Not 100% sure how well they will run a fully modded Skyrim but defiantly an improvement over what you have. My 1080 handles this setup at 50-60 fps depending on where I am.

Thank you for all the information! This is how I'm going to be spending my weekend modding and playing Morrowind. Going to spend a few hours going through all these guides picking the one for me first.

Yea been trying to figure this out for the last couple hours myself, they work fine with Argonian, Khajiit, and Orc but no luck with any other race. Very strange.

Any suggestions on what to replace Real Ice by Yuril with since he took it down? I been searching the nexus and found a few decent ones but a lot of them cause a blue tint from a distance that is kinda distracting.

This only works if you plug your monitor into your graphics card with HDMI (I'm assuming DisplayPort works the same.), I have one monitor HDMI and the other VGA and it only works on the HDMI monitor. Little Difference but when your out for screenshots any little bit helps. ::
