  1. Make sure you don't have Sheson's memory patch installed anymore. The SKSE.ini setting conflicts with it since they both do the same thing; not sure if SKSE is coded to ignore it though, but if you have the original mod installed I'd uninstall it just to be safe.
  2. Running MSI Afterburner on the other screen (can't get the statistics server to work with quite a few games), shows a max of 71c on my GPU. Updating OP btw with PC specs; might put them in my signature too. 71c is a bit hot for my GPU, but I am blaming that for sure on dust build-up, need to blow out the case again. All that being said: When playing The Witcher: 3 my GPU heats up to around 80c, AND that was before I upgraded to Windows 10, haven't messed with too many games since the upgrade. Either way those temps are well within the safety zone of the card; cooler is definitely ideal, but those temps shouldn't be screwing anything up. EDIT: Most advice regarding this issue seems to be related to ENB interacting in an unusual way with a specific SkyrimPrefs.ini setting, iBlurDeferredShadowMask. I have followed all the advice on the internet, much of which has helped other people apparently. For me, none of these tweaks seem to be doing anything, except the occasional setting adjusting graphics quality one way or the other. As I posted earlier, I found that by switching from Third Person to First Person, then back again, I can temporarily remove the dots. If I fast-travel, wait, sleep, etc., SOMETIMES the dots reappear. Most often when fast-traveling, or going through ANY loading screen; seems to be about a 50% chance of the dots appearing when going from internal to external, or external to internal.
  3. Since T3ndo announced he is not currently planning on any further updates to Perkus Maximus due to RL issues, and his endorsement of this new perk overhaul... Any opinions on viability with SR:LE? Finally got PerMa mostly working with my installation, and I love how everything gets rebalanced, including custom armors/weapons and the like. Don't have to manually edit custom armors to not be OP anymore, same for weapons. Ordinator doesn't do this, as it makes no use of SkyProccer. Even though that is a huge compatibility issue, and the process often breaks things and takes forever and a day (at least on my i5 2500K), it is still a great gameplay feature of PerMa once everything is working right. Thoughts? Suggestions? Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim
  4. Seems I spoke too soon. Loaded my game back up after taking a short break, and the dots have reappeared. I launch (of course) through MO, using SKSE and all that good stuff; is it still possible that the settings were automatically changed by the program somehow? Gonna go take a look at the ini in a bit to see if the changes I made are still there. EDIT: Swtiched from third person to first person. Dots disappeared. Switched back to third person, dots are still gone. I am thoroughly confused now. Is one of my UI/camera mods conflicting somehow? I followed Neovalen's SR:LE guide to the letter, only changes are that I followed Phazer11's pack to get Perkus Maximus working with it.
  5. Thanks so much, that fixed it! Don't know how I managed to overlook that post.
  6. Said "Matrix" because they seem to form a matrix pattern... Anyhow, I've tried all the various fixes stated around the Internet, nothing is removing the crosshatching. My iBlurDefferedShadows=3, I've reset the graphics settings and everything, nothing seems to be working. Briefly went into enbseries.ini, but closed it before I started mucking things up. Any help would be very much appreciated! EDIT: Neglected to add my PC specs. See below. CPU: i5 2500K @ 4.5 GHz Motherboard: MSI Z68A-GD55-B3 HDD: Two (2) 2 TB HDD, One (1) 150GB HDD GPU: MSI GTX760 2GB OC Gaming Edition Memory: 14GB G.Skill RipjawsX OS: Windows 10 Professional
  7. There has been a few updates to PerMa since this pack was last updated, I think. Or maybe the pack was updated recently? I can't tell. Anyways wanted to say on here that I really appreciate this pack, helped me get my PerMa sorted out with SR:LE. Thanks Phazer!
  8. Wow did I totally post in the wrong forum then? I'm using Neovalen's Skyrim Revisited - Legendary Edition guide. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Neovalen/Skyrim_Revisited_-_Legendary_Edition#Serious_HD_Retexture_Skyrim
  9. I suppose. Reading the guide I find it difficult to find out which mods are "optional" and which ones I'll end up needing down the line. Besides, I want the full thing if I can. Now I feel like I'm whining, not my intention. I noticed that a few other mods have downloads with just the needed files; why not this one? Just curious.
  10. I don't mean to be a pest, but... 0.5GB download just for 5 files? Really? :P Any chance we could get a zip file or something with just those files in it, so that those of us with sucky internet don't have to waste time downloading a huge file for nothing?
  11. Hmm, I hadn't thought of that. I actually haven't assigned ANY keybinds, waiting anxiously for the F&L Post-Installation instructions to be completed. I will check the bullet time keybind when I get home from work though, thanks for the tip.
  12. I don't know what else to call it, and I was unable to find any info searching for it. Basically, whenever I leave the escape menu, a timer appears on my screen, everything changes to a yellowish color (I'm using an ENB so this color could be different for others), my AP drains rapidly and time seems to accelerate, as in I move around very quickly for a short space of time. This is really annoying! What mod is causing this, and how do I turn it off?
  13. Yes, it happens on new games too. I guess the only reason I think it is Immersive Creatures is because that's the only mod I have that directly effects creature AI, unless there's another mod that is doing I am not aware of. EDIT: Haha, double-checked to be sure, and what do you know? FNIS Creatures was installed! I feel like such an idiot right now... I am using the same FNIS installation I used for a different profile and Creatures was installed there, so it must have carried over. Thanks for all your help :P :)
  14. The only sure way I am aware of is waiting for 31 days in an inside cell. Yes, it is the same everywhere. Only creatures are effected, human-oids are not.
  15. Gave it a try (used the bashed patch fix instead of the .esp) but it didn't seem to work. Do I need to do a cell reset or anything like that?
  16. No, just FNIS Behaviors. Do I need the creature pack for Immersive Creatures? Wasn't listed on the STEP Skyrim Revisited page.
  17. I am using the Skyrim Revisited Legendary pack. Wolves, trolls, bears, etc are all frozen in place. They do not scoot around or anything like that, they just stand still like statues. I can kill them, and they show up as hostile and make hostile noises when I go near them, but they do not attack me at all. I activated IC before starting my new game, so I don't believe the cell loading issue is the case here. Appreciate the help.
  18. Thanks so much, the -forcesteamloader argument fixed the problem! I appreciate all the help :)
  19. My Memory Blocks Log log is in an earlier post, see above. I always launch SKSE through MO. As a note, the only issue is the memory patch; I am getting no SKSE errors whatsoever. Since I installed SSME everything has run great... I'd love to not have to use the extra memory patch though.
  20. My SKSE install is all in order and correct. I'll re-install just in case. Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it! :)
  21. Apparently a very common mistake. I like to think of myself as a Power User though, so I double and triple checked that ;) Everything is installed through Mod Organizer per STEP instructions. My SKSE.ini is inside the SKSE folder, which is inside the Data folder. Again, the MO data structure. EDIT: For whatever reason SKSE memory patch isn't working. I decided to see if SSME would make a difference, to narrow it down, and now it loads and works properly... So my SKSE.ini file isn't being read? I have no SKSE related errors, so all the plugins are working correctly...
  22. I haven't run it recently, last time I ran MemTest was in September. It was fine then, I guess I could give it another go, couldn't hurt. As a note, I downloaded and installed the Memory Log mod, which doesn't seem quite right to me. It is only showing (I think, not sure how to read the log file) on 256MB in the first block. Here it is: Here is my SKSE.ini:
  23. Yes, I have a GTX 760 2GB. Copying over the enblocal.ini won't mess up the STEP Skyrim Revisited installation in any way? I'll copy my current ini just in case I guess. I should note that I am not new to modding, but this is the first time I've ever really tried to use ENB, and the first time I've ever gotten this in-depth before. I'm pretty sure I've screwed some steps up somehow, but at least I can load into the game and everything seems to be running smoothly other than this enbhost.exe issue. EDIT: Using the original Vividian enblocal.ini file didn't do anything different. As soon as I moved forward in-game to leave Dayspring Canyon, I went to a loading screen and TESV.exe and enbhost.exe stopped loading memory. I should note that I've uninstalled and re-installed my ENBseries files several times, so I am fairly confident that it isn't a corrupted download issue. EDIT2: Here's a screenshot of my Task Manager while the ILS is occurring. I left it running for 2 minutes and there was no change. You can see this time TESV.exe had about 600MB loaded, and enbhost.exe about 300MB. Again, no change, and no loading.
