  1. There was a mod request thread here: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/11998-srle-extended-lotd-suggestions-for-new-additions/ but it was locked recently.
  2. Looks like someone is already on top of it: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/12353-just-posted-this-on-windows-10-insider-feedback-hub-please-go-upvote/
  3. A warning to anyone using Windows 10 on the fast ring of the Windows Insider program: the latest build (16241) breaks MO, and causes Skyrim/SKSE to load with no mods. I've been investigating the changes in this build and haven't identified the issue yet. Rolling back to the last insider build fixes the issue. I bring this up because only the two most recent builds have the DX9 fix (allowing Skyrim to access > 4GB VRAM) which is why I moved to the fast ring in the first place.
  4. This is great, thank you! I've been using empty folders created manually in the mods folder to create headers for each section, will be nice to have them categorized properly as well: https://i.imgur.com/8jDj13A.png
  5. That may have been the problem, I don't recall how I did it last time I went through the guide 6-8 months ago. The most recent time I started from scratch, I had no duplicate .esps in my load order, but I was already under the impression copy assets was troublesome, so I just used the optional feature for .esps. I think either way it's functionally equivalent, the way the mods and merges are arranged in the left pane means that there's no mesh/texture conflicts that aren't winning out properly. Thanks Paul, glad to know it's normal for Oldrim and not an issue on my end. I've not given SSE a try, was originally holding out for SKSE64. Starting to look like that not might happen in my lifetime, so I may look into the thread you started with SSE suggestions. I'm quite comfortable with CR and troubleshooting, so after my in-progress playthrough is complete it might be fun to play around without a step-by-step guide.
  6. This might explain the problem I've been having. I have a relatively powerful rig (i5 6600K @ 4.5 GHz, 16 GB ram, GTX 980 Ti) and I even have two Samsung 850 EVO SSDs, with my OS on one and my Steam / modding folder on the other. Even with that, from the time I launch SKSE from MO, it is over a minute and half until the menu appears and I can load my game. The same machine loaded the original SRLE profile in under 20 seconds.
  7. Just my 2¢, Darth, but I've ran into issues a few times in the past with Merge Plugins not copying all the assets properly. The problems seemed to start around the time FO4 support was added to the tool. I do keep copy assets checked, but I also just move the esps in the original mods to optional, leaving the mods themselves checked. This way I know for sure there are no missing meshes, textures, etc. Double check the meshes that you copied from Stunning Statues of Skyrim into the NSUtR folder. Two common problems are moving the files instead of copying them (the meshes need to be in both places) or naming the new folders in NSUtR folder wrong - it's /statuessnow/ with two s's.
  8. The point of the instructions is to disable all of your merged plugins by removing them from MO's mods folder, then add them back one at a time until you find the one causing the error. If you run Relinker against your entire load order, you have no way of knowing which folder is causing the issue. It sounds like you ran it against your unmerged load order just fine, and it found no merges as expected. Now, if you add a single merge folder back and Relinker throws an error, you should redo that merge and then make sure Relinker succeeds. Repeat with each merge until your mods folder contains all the merges again, then re-enable everything in MO.
  9. All you should have to do is run the executable, enter the path to your Mod Organizer directory, and then the path to your mods directory. The tool automatically detects which folders represent merges, because Merge Plugins Standalone creates a subfolder called /merge/. After the tool runs you should get a message saying it finished, and then close the window, that's all there is to it.
  10. I fixed it in my local without any issues, was just reporting it in case you want to fold it into the official CR. Thanks!
  11. Masks added by OBIS are showing in 1st person view when standing still for Bretons. Album here: https://imgur.com/a/Osk4V These masks are using slot 44, which has the First Person Flag set by Disparity. Some of the races have this flag removed by the CR patch, but Bretons do not: Disparity.esp \ Race \ 00013741 <BretonRace> \ BODT - Body Template \First Person Flags\
  12. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1440190-ineed-food-water-and-sleep/page-353&do=findComment&comment=43520745 Seems like this is a random glitch that no one has an answer for. Try saving/reloading, or putting all your food into a container and then picking it back up.
  13. Was there some news I missed? Or is this just based on the lack of development updates lately?
  14. Rahyne: I was having issues with the new version of Merge Plugins as well. Random crashes, errors reported one run but no the next, etc. There is also a known issue where copy general assets doesn't work properly, so it can cause issues with facegen, textures, etc. Knowing all that, and based on the exchange above from earlier in this thread, I just reverted to version 2.1.3, and I had no problems whatsoever. This is the version right before FO4 support was added, which seems to have broken some things. Try downloading the old version and see if it still reports errors in your merges.
  15. Yessir, planned on asking on his support thread as well. Per my original post: I also tried with and without the bash patch active, with and without letting MO manage archives. I tried backing up and doing DynDOLOD before Bash entirely, leaving the Bash merged esps active on their own. Thank you, though! I noticed this too, there appears to be a bug in the latest versions where the process is not terminated after exiting out of an error and letting the logs write. If you open task manager, DynDOLOD.exe is still running, and MO will not unlock automatically until you terminate it.
  16. Anyone else having trouble with the latest versions of DynDOLOD? This is my first time going through this particular guide, but I've done the original SRLE guide several times without issue. I'm not new to Skyrim modding and can usually figure my way out of most issues, but I was tearing my hair out the past couple days. I got all the way to DynDOLOD, and it just absolutely refused to generate the esp. Every time I ran it, I got "Exception in unit userscript line 322: One or more errors occurred" right after "Processing meshes for atlas creation." I checked and re-checked my installation, load order, used xEdit to check for errors, etc. I also tried with and without the bash patch active, with and without letting MO manage archives. I tried backing up and doing DynDOLOD before Bash entirely, leaving the Bash merged esps active on their own. I even went as far as re-doing the entire guide from scratch. No dice. That was an ... unhappy feeling to see the same error after another 20 hour session from scratch. Finally, I decided to roll back to DynDOLOD 2.21, which is the last version before the significant overhaul in 2.22 (SSE support, etc.) Without changing anything else (aside from the DynDOLOD Resources mod, obviously) everything worked like a charm. Anyway, my Google searches turned up very little about the "one or more errors has occurred" error. Most threads were about specific errors about missing masters, bad form IDs, and so on. So on the off chance anyone else is encountering this error on their first trip through the guide, maybe this post will show up in a search now. If you need an old version of DynDOLOD they can still be found on Mega via the STEP threads about updates. Here's 2.21: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/11494-dynamic-distant-objects-lod-dyndolod-221/
  17. I used Wayback Machine to recover the missing images from Neovalen's Mod Merging Subguide. I've uploaded them on Imgur here: https://imgur.com/a/6k5x3, feel free to link this in the guide as an easier alternative to the YouTube video.
