  1. Although I am not 100% sure I believe Gopher is using Puce Moose Tweak and Balance Center - Responsive Kill Reactions. This is a port of a Fallout 3 mod scripted by Schlangster (author of Project Nevada among other mods). Project Nevada - Rebalance contains an updated version called Experimental Detection AI in which I believe the NPCs are less likely to crowd around dead bodies. Actually when shooting enemies from afar in default New Vegas the surrounding NPCs will just ignore it hence the need for these type of mods. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong about any of this.
  2. This is brilliant news. It's almost too bad it has taken so long to get something like this...
  3. I believe STEP extended refers to the mods in the STEP guide without a green bar next to them.
  4. I managed to fix the problem by reinstalling OHud. By the way OHud has a new update and now requires UIO. Doesn't have a fomod installer anymore. Not sure what else is different. Wonder if this affects the MO install process.
  5. Has anyone else had issues with One HUD and Project Nevada where the grenade hotkey icon never disappears?
  6. No problem. The issue I was referring to with the background was how the contrast between the rocks and the ground make it look bad in my opinion. Some texture packs don't mix well together. You could pick between NMC and Poco Bueno, or use both but with NMCs Washed Out Wasteland patch. Alternatively you could install EWIs Rocks for NV Ultimate Edition over both. I think any of these options will look better.
  7. The textures you are using makes the background look a bit worse than it needs to. Vanilla looks better than that. Also if you get the No-Antialiasing and Multisampling Patch for Wasteland Flora Overhaul the trees will look better.
