  1. 1.3.1 is the most recent, and... that's wierd. Just looked back at the changelogs to determine what that changed, since one of the Devs updated it while you were gone, and it's not there now. Huh. I'll have to go back through the forum thread to find when that happened then. No wonder you aren't seeing it.
  2. It's the most recent version - there are six(?) errors that are unresolved in SSEEdit, and were reported by two of us back when that update dropped. I think most of us have just been telling Merge to ignore them.
  3. That may be... let me go check again real quick. While I'm at it - the errors in Black Sacraments new ESP were reported as a bug on Nexus. The author replies with : "Just ignore those messages. I edited the satchel and deleted some from the esp." Looking into the ESP in SSEEdit, the unresolved error is in the recipes for a satchel, which are no longer in the esp. Is it safe, then, to delete those records from the ESP file to resolve the errors? EDIT: My mistake - CACO is what's about to drop, not CCOR... which is a pity, because I was hoping CCOR would drop first. CACO will have perk conflicts (Alchemy), as well as possible cooking problem interactions with Campfire and Hunterborn, I'd imagine.
  4. Loved CCOR in LE... any idea how we're going to handle the Perk conflicts between it and Ordinator?
  5. If you figure out what it was that caused it, you can create a new mod - "Petting Zoo - A Pacified Skyrim". Kids would love this one... see the wolves, deer and frostbite spiders of Skyrim up close!
  6. Much thanks - I'll take a look at it later tonight. EDIT: Was just strolling around on Kryptopter's Patreon page, and it looks like Shadowmarks was the first of a small slew of re-releases. CACO is apparently just around the corner, and there are a small number of smaller mods we might be seeing very soon as well.
  7. That much I've figured out, Baron... it's the actual configs I'm more interested in. Any recommendations for a preset, and what changes have you made to accommodate things like iNeed and Frostfall meters?
  8. I was enlisted. Don't call me 'Sir'... I worked for a living. :) On other fronts, I rebuilt all of my patches, and all seems to be good again. Of course, that's just in time for Lexy's big update in the next few days. Don't it figure? :) Speaking of which, has anyone looked at KS Dragons 2 yet? I posted a link a few pages back, and am curious if anyone has tried doing a straight swap with the original yet. Also, is there any reason to use the SSE Version of Racemenu if we did the conversion ourselves originally? EDIT: I'm messing with SkyHUD, and really like the possibilities here - anyone else using this? If so, what presets or custom numbers are you using, and how have you changed the positions of things like Frostfall and iNeed to work with it?
  9. Twenty years of being a submariner in the bag - I've seen the results of public education from across the country. I enjoyed that, I have no doubt I'll enjoy the next one... once I'm doing going to school to go to school.
  10. WRT Rustic Atronachs - three files conflicting. One is from Realistic Water Two (a vapor texture), another from Ultimate HD Fire Effects (a fire texture, who knew?), and the main Storm Atronach texture from Midianborn (This one WILL lose). Just as a general report for when it gets placed in the guide... and we all know it will.
  11. Hmm... if only someone had already resolved most of the conflicts... Oh... someone has. :)
  12. Kryptopter Improved Shadowmarks has been posted. As well as Gamwich's new Rustic Atronachs (which I know has been mentioned, but I don't want it lost now that Lexy's back and 'at work'). Also, in the same vein as True Scholar, Tomes of Power adds mage skill for reading spell tomes, although I'm not sure it's other changes are something we would want.
  13. Well, I have to do SOMETHING while I'm regenerating patches and rerunning LOD. :) So, going back to something else I mentioned a few pages back - has anyone looked at the errors in the most recent version of the Black Sacrament Armor (as reported by Merge Plugins)? I have them ignored for the moment, because I honestly have no other idea what to do with them. EDIT: More on those errors. They are error:unresolved in SSEEdit, and do not actually show as records, which is even weirder. I can't seem to locate the stupid things to see what's wrong with them. The error reports all show them as created objects, and all have the word satchel in them, so I think all that's missing is a few crafting recipes. Unless anyone else is seeing direct problems, I think they can be safely ignored.
  14. I won't insult you, Drax, by asking IF you have anything outside the guide installed (cause, really, we all do...), so I'll ask what they are instead - maybe there's something there?
  15. For me, it turned out that one of the merges needed to be redone - I talked about it a few pages back. I'd suggest looking there and at my eventual solution as at least a place to start. No new Needs mod - there was a mod that had a patch for iNeed that changed the file name because it actually worked for both iNeed and RND. I don't think anything changed in the patch records. That said, whatever the change is (and I'm still trying to hunt it down) has completely borked both Frostfall and iNeed on-screen displays, as well as made the whole install very unstable. As I said, I'm still hunting it down... I'm suspecting something in the merges, but haven't pulled the trigger and done a complete rebuild of them all yet. I simply don't have the time right now - I work for the VA office at a university (when I'm not in classes myself), and with less than two weeks to the new semester, everyone and their siblings are coming in to get their GI Bills certified and paid for. *shudder*
  16. I think that, with the large number of updates to the various mods in the last week or so, those of us trying to build the list may want to (painfully) wait until the new guide comes out, then finish. Something, somewhere, is doing some odd things... so I'm just going to sit this out and wait for the official word... so to speak.
  17. Sooooo when are you taking the cameras out of my house? I'm getting tired of being spied on. :) That said, my brother is a high school educator in Utah, and I will be myself once I finish college (Career The Second... I retired from the USN last year), and while those months off may seem like a real nice thing, keep in mind that (at least in Utah) they usually are back in school a few weeks before the kids, a few weeks after the kids, and get paid about crap. Just saying. :)
  18. When did KYE update? Yesterday? It wasn't flagged as needing an update two days ago... Regardless, Lexy's working on the updates - as painful as it may be, just hold tight and let the dev team do their magic - though I imagine the info will be useful to them.
  19. You say you have just re-run DynDOLOD - have you also rerun all other LOD associated programs (xLOD, TexGen, etc), ensuring all required files are present and active? The other thing I'd point out is that with number of mods active, LOD doesn't always match close up. I've seen it any number of times, and it doesn't seem to bother me as much as it does other people, so I'm not sure if this is normal or an actual problem. EDIT: Re-read, and you did rerun xLOD. The only other thing that comes to mind is if you have rebuilt the Landscape merge as well - not sure if it has a huge impact or not, but it's something to look at.
  20. @nInJAZ015 - No worries on this - you just picked a heck of a time to start the guide. She's been out of town for the last two weeks or so, and the Dev team has been trying to keep up, but apparently all the modders decided these were the weeks to update all of their own works. Figures, right? In most cases, the updates aren't big deals... but there are a few of them that may be cause for concern. Honestly, because I'm pretty sure this next guide update will be fairly significant, you may want to hold off a few days or so for that new update. @Lexy - You are a mom with kids during Summer Break. I'm pretty sure that entitles you to being behind on things. :) Have you tried your load order without DynDOLOD running? I'd try that first - there are occasions where the run reports it did good, but still ends up causing issues. If you can load into that area with the DynDOLOD files deactivated, I'd re-run the LOD portions of the Finishing Line as the next step.
  21. I was just thinking about that... and I wonder if your INI settings for Skyrim itself might not be the problem. Have you run BethINI on your MO2 profile for this load order at all? I know it's in the guide in the Prelims, but a lot of people miss that section, so I figure it's at least worth an ask.
  22. It's not an AA thing. Usually, color banding is a result of lack of color-depth... think old methods of VGA pixel color banding. I can't imagine you aren't in the correct color-depth, as there would be no reason NOT to be. Honestly, I'm not sure there's anything to be done for it - as I mentioned, I get those same bands on snow, though I haven't seen them anywhere else. Then again, I don't look for these kind of problems - maybe I'm just not picky enough.
  23. You're welcome... now if I can just get my own problems fixed. Not sure exactly what I did, but whatever it was, you're welcome. Here to support. :) Have you turned off ALL of the mods you used in the merges then? Once the merges are done, you don't need them - I usually turn them into optionals so they don't even show in the left pane, and only swap them back to rebuild merges.
  24. If it doesn't tell you to UNtick it, leave it be. Mostly, it's just making sure a few key items get ticked is all... if it were going to be detrimental to the lineup, it would tell you not to have it ticked (kind of like the xLOD gen where we were told NOT to have anything ticked except terrain, as an example) Well, Skyrim.ESM is going to be loaded by SSEdit because it's needed for EVERYTHING else, so it's really 261. My guess is you haven't made all the merges you are supposed to yet - at the time of Great Equalizer run, you should be down around 230 - 240 plugins.
  25. Seeing considerable CTD issues with my most recent build of the guide - anyone who has rebuilt thier YOT merge using all the new patches, I think the problem may lie there - request if you are seeing the same problems or not? A) iNeed and Frostfall on-screen elements not appearing. B) CTDs after death on attempt to load last save. C) CTD on New Game after about 10 seconds of initial loading. Other possibilities include the new Needs patch (though the author says it's only a name change, I wonder if something else is involved). Request any T/S ideas to help me narrow this down.
