Have you added all the LOOT meta rules and run LOOT? I can see you haven't disabled the SMIM esps either, but then again you also don't seem to have the STEP: Core patch installed. I don't think that would cause CTD's though.

Download & Install the fomod bugfix for Mod Organizer and then reinstall SMIM. That fixed it for me. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1334/? Go to the updates section on the Files page and it should be the first one.

I'm using MO and I've installed the Geonox Faces and Underwear - Default. I haven't used any of the optional textures. EDIT: I'm also having issues when using optimized textures, but even when I disable the optimized textures the feet are still wrong. This is my modlist btw, I don't know whether this is happening because of conflicting mods but as far as I know I haven't installed anything else that changes male bodies. It should be the same as the STEP 2.2.9 guide.

I'm having a problem with foot textures when using this mod. I don't know what's causing it and I've tried disabling different mods but it won't go away unless I disable this mod. I've also tried redownloading/reinstalling multiple times, but it still happens. It's not purple/black so it can't be a missing texture. Anyone know what I should do? I haven't installed any other mods other than the ones in the Step 2.2.9 guide.

Ahh, uhh, I thought you meant that the 1.2.10 version of Mod Organizer fixed it, sorry. The FOMOD seems to work fine if the bugfix is installed.

I had the same problem and tried redownloading/reinstalling SMIM, but the textures kept being purple. However when I manually made a zip file and placed all the correct files in it (instead of using the FOMOD) it worked fine. Seems like the FOMOD doesn't install the textures correctly? I don't know if there was an easier method to do this, but atleast it works now.
