Did we ever find the source and or solution? I am having the same problem

I am having trouble with this single frame flash that occurs on only exterior locations when I leave the pause menu I think it has something to do with the way it removes the blur the messes with the ENB, but I am unsure. I use Rudy's Obsidian Weather with lux, lux via embers enb light, splash storms, and the other required mods see Rudy's Obsidian Weather below to see the full list. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4796 I disabled everything to check and it is definitely no of the mods I listed. Tbh I am not to stressed about not being able to fix it which there has been several dead end posts about. My issue is that I don't know the cause, even if I could not fix it. The fact I don't know the source is driving me crazy.
