Hello, i have one question about the "cloaks of skyrim" and "winter is coming - cloaks", in the guide is said to not use their .esp because CCO covers that, but without the .esp the cloaks will not show on the NPCs right? also, if i do need to use the .esp for that, can i merge the .esp (including WIC - Cloaks patch for CoS)? -

Should i use any LOOT rule on this? Using STEP Extended and ENB.

Sorry to bring this post back to life everyone, but i have the clipping bug on ralof clothes in the intro, im using STEP Extended with some extra mods i like, how can i troubleshoot and fix that? can it be the same CRF problem or some conflict with another mod?
