  1. Hello to you all. You probably know me, I'm a textures mods' author - my site is www.lhmods.com So, I'm keep dealing with Skyrim (SE) whatever new game arrives. I can't help it, this game (Skyrim) is my "drug". I'm making new builds, testing (not actually playing), etc. Therefore, now, I made a new build (around 600 plugins, some merged, many esl - plus 400 meshes/textures mods)... No ENB, no ReShade, I'm just using the Imaginator mod and I'm very fine with the result, I don't care to use ENB/Reshades... ...I never had SUCH SERIOUS problem/issue with my shadows quality, like I do now. I have spend about a week (or more!) to solve this, but without luck. I followed every tutorial I found, everything I could dig out, but without luck. First, I simply deleted my ini files and re-created them via the launcher (by selecting the "Medium"). Then, I ran the BethINI tool and played with the settings. And after that, I made manually even more tweaks...   2. Okay, fellas... I really really REALLY need help, here. As you may know me, I'm playing the SSE since is been released (I've dropped the LE since then). So, I'm trying to get the best ini settings I can afford (and trust me, I have a monstrous PC). But... whatever I do, I simply CAN'T HAVE good shadows, d@mn it! Whatever I do, I still have blur shadows and very flickering. I believe I've changed the skyrim.ini & skyrimpref.ini settings a couple... million times and STILL I don't have the proper shadows! PLEASE, I need serious help, here. I tried almost all. I followed like "Bible" the STEP settings, no better shadows so far... I'm playing with 2560x1440 resolution, GTX 1070, and I want to get the best visuals I can get... Regards for every help.

  4. Hi there. I'm still confused about which mods I need to have active before I'll run the DynDOLOD. I know, for example plugins that alters the LODs (like that about the white city for "Bruma" ), okay I got it - these needs to be active. But, what about the rest plugins? The cities expansions... the new landscape places... oblivion gates... etc? Is there a "pattern" of what we need to have active?

  6. Well done and thanks for the continuing work of DynDOLOD... I didn't understand (sorry, I'm not THAT MUCH experiential with LODs) this new release/version what extras gives. I just re-done (a couple days ago) my flora/world LODs, check the pics bellow: I already have dynamic windmill (I see it turns, from very high spot on Throat of World). I haven't check yet the waterfall (I guess I'll have static? )... So, except the waterfall/watermills, what else should we expect from this new released. Also, can you please tell me, except the DynDOLOD resources, the Trees mods, any LOD mods... what else mods should I have enable for DynDOLOD use them to create as best (and as many) as LOD it can? I mean... for example... there is a mod called "Oblivion Gates" (placing Oblivion Gates all over Skyrim province). Or there is that "Whiterun Stable Tweaks" (editing the outside area of the city). Should mods like these, to be enabled during the DynDOLOD process? And finally... I guess LODs over 512 are they necessary? In my pics (above) I have 512 LODs - and they're looking fine. Do I need more (1K, or more) ?

  8. Yes, I've read a lot tutorials, I have a wide picture clarified but I need few stuff to be more clear... I already making my own billboards, since I'm the author of FORESTS OF DIBELLA and I'm editing them via Photoshop. So... just to be sure... if I want flora LODs but ALSO building (like from HD LODs Textures mod), I can do them together via DynDOLOD, right? At the same time... Also... does anything (negative, positive) if I have enabled all the cities expansions, flora changes, etc... or I need to disable these?
  9. Greetings. First time I'm using DynDOLOD & TexGen, I used to using SSELODGen... So, I did the following guide (which I published to my SSE Guide in Nexus): Now... I installed the HD LODs Textures SE and I want to install too the Imperial City LOD fix for custom lods (Beyond skyrim Bruma). So, even if I made my LODs... now after install these two, I need to re-run the TexGen & DynDOLOD again? And, what do I need to tick to have BUILDINGS/OBJECTS LODs too (except the trees)??? And if I finish that too ...and then, after a while, I'll install something else... do I ALWAYS NEED to re-run the TexGen & DynDOLOD for the ENTIRE things I have, all over again? And of course DELETING the existing TexGen/DynDOLOD Outputs and DynDOLOD.esp ??? ...Finally, another small thing. Even if I chose -2 for the LODs' brightness, my snowy trees looks quite bright (SFO snowy trees). Is it safe to place -4/-5 to the amount or the LODs will be VERY dark (which I don't mind for regular stuff but for snowy it will be silly to be very dark)?

  11. Yes, you probably right. I tried to make it semi-transparent... and made it full-transparent... and I saw "Recorder" hands... without her arms!!!!!!!!!!!! So... I guess I can't. Placing the shirt, simply replacing the arms' meshes and such and if I make it transparent... I won't see her arms through the cloth!

  14. Thxs for the reply. Of course I am, SRO is the first I'm using (for "base", as you said). "Nordic tower"... hm, okay, I'll check. The "Majectic" is good, but will ruin my ENB, it has custom-own sun tweak and most of the ENB users reported bad visual issues. Yeah, I know that Dwemer... I'm using it, combo with many "Oldrim". I thought it was a better one, out there. ...So, I'm using the SRO and others. Yes, it does have 4K graphs... but the res is not high! The guy simply took 1K-2K graphs and doubled-sized them up. I opened several textures and checked them, in CLOSE look they are blur and pixelized.
  15. I have done superb overhaul to SSE, but still I'm not satisfied with some textures... 1) Helgen city, generally, exterior (but most interior), is not so good as I want. I want 4K textures everywhere, and Helgen probably has 1K-2K... Which textures/meshes Helgen is using, to try to find some better? 2) That first abandoned tower (across Riverwood), just before we turn left and head to the first (important) Nord ruins... what meshes & texture's using???? 3) Best mountain texture mod? 4) Best dwemer overhaul combo? Thxs for any answer...
  16. The problem is, that the "Alpha Channel" removes completely an area (of the cloth). I want to make "RECORDER's" shirt ("Pirate Shirt") transparent 40% - not 100% (invisible cloth). So, I haven't find a solution - and that tutorial about NifScope (for transparency) is way to old - the tool is been very upgraded (and the UI is so different, I've "lost")...
  17. Hi there... So, I want to make few clothes, robes, shirts, blouse, semi-transparent (sexy, for my ladies-companions). How to do this? Via NifScape? And if so, how exactly (I'm not that much experiential modder, just making textures)...

I'm deleting EVERYTHING, all SSE & Nexus, everywhere, including LocalData (the hided Windows folders) etc. I don't understand... is there ANY DAMN action in NMM, to simply REMOVE the damn plugins from the Plugins list??? Am I asking too much?! Or at least to be UNSEEN (in NMM & LOOT)! I want a clean list in NMM & LOOT, just my new mods I'm installing, not all the rest inactive previous ones... I made a plan (in Acrobat) with all the mods I want to add in SSE, and how and which ones are depending from other mods. So, i have "a tree" of mods and I want to see them ONLY THEM, in NMM & LOOT. Is very disturbing & annoying, watching 100 more inactive mods in my new fresh SSE list...
  20. I did it twice, STILL there are all these previous mods in Nexus Plugin list - so LOOT "reading" them, but not activating them (of course). HOW to DELETE them from Nexus MM Plugin's list??????? It's very confusing, trying to install mods...and already "are" in Plugin list tree!
  21. You missing my point. I was using LOOT with both, Legendary & SE. I had 150+ for SE, but I re-installed SE and started all over again the modding in SE. Now, I have 35... but in LOOT, with SSE enable, the list is THE OLD ONE - plus the new I have now. So, I want FRESH LOOT order, with ONLY my new 35 (not the rest, previous, 150 I had)...
  22. Greets. Don't know if this is the correct place to write this; I have a strange issue (to me, probably). I have the Legendary Edition of Skyrim full of mods (about 220), using MO. Now, I thought to give a shot and play around with SE (I know, without SKSE & SkyUI, there is no really big expectation). I did it, I didn't like the result, I removed and re-install SSE and then tried better (and with more patience) to modding SSE. But when I tried to run LOOT for first time about the SSE version (with just about 30 mods only), I saw the LOOT list FULL OF THE PREVIOUS 110 mods I had! LOOT says "30 mods active, 100+ so inactive". Why LOOT keeps the old SSE mod list, since I removed the game and reinstalled it, removed the mods, etc.??? Is there any way to UPDATE the LOOT list or remove it and re-create it somehow? Because is very annoying, watching a huge mod list (with most of them not installed now) and don't know which I have installed (now) and which I don't... Any help? PS: I'm using MO for the Skyrim Legendary and NMM for the SSE - since there isn't SKSE & SkyUI and so, I didn't want to use the (better) MO for SSE as well (for now)...
  23. I did (overwrite previous), it's working (I think). I just placed them to the previous created FNIS mod. I've seen the options in MCM, I used the 2nd (less sexy) and the last two (very sexy), but I didn't see sexy move in a couple females (during the execution entry scene) - non soldiers. Perhaps they had the 2nd (less sexy) move (randomly)... ...Now, that final... DynDOLOD. Do I need it? I mean, I don't fully understand what it does. Please!!! I need help with the camera (.ini) values!!! I have these issues: 1. First, after following STEP guide, the 1st person camera is "stacked", I mean in several occasions that the 1st person changing to 3rd (and I want that), now remains in 1st person. 2. The values are not so good; sometimes I see "through" my skull and most important... is way too high (I'm looking above my head - and everyone else's). It's not set on eyes' height but far above them and quite back from the face (that's why I see sometimes "through" my skull. 3. It's quite ZOOMED (the 1st person). Any .ini values to changed them and fix this issue?
