Recently upgraded computer, Fallout NV not launching through MO

Hi guys,

 

I recently upgraded my computer from an AMD chipset to an Intel Chipset. After transferring the contents of my old Hard Drive to my new one, I cannot launch New Vegas through MO. This happens even trying to launch the game from the default profile with no extra mods loading.

 

I have verified the cache through steam and the game will launch through steam, so I can verify the game is working. I have upgrade MO to 1.3.11. I have downloaded and reinstalled both FNV 4gb loader and nvse 5.0. Neither alleviated the problem. So I figured I check here and see what I could be missing.
