Should I move Complete Crafting_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp above MLU in order for the latter mod's level list to not be overwritten when making a bashed patch?

you need to delete Neo's Loot rule from SRLE Base and follow dreadflopp's:

Load MLU.esp after Complete Crafting_TrueWeaponsLvlLists.esp

ok trying this out unsuccessfully. With the new version of More CACO Patch Vigor Patch it says you can create a Trauma cure poultices from the cooking pot with wheat, red mountain flower, and a healing potion without the need for the Physician perk. I have requireds ingrediants but the Trauma cure poultices isn't popping up now is this me being thick or did I miss something in my latest round of updates or there is a conflict I am missing that needs resolving?

No help here. Halted my previous playthrough and going to start over... again. Waiting for updated CACO-Ordinatored patch at the moment.

ok I am being thick the More CACO Vigor patch requires a Standard Health Potion to be able to craft the Trauma cure poultices. So it would help if one has the correct potion in ones inventory now doesn't it.

Welp, the author of Wyrmsooth just deleted all his mods and social media.

Even a request for an account deletion https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/564026-account-closure-requests/page-641&do=findComment&comment=37318510

yes I am aware he pulled his mod but wasn't he pulled his account to.

So it looks like some big changes will have to occur to both SRLE Base and Extended I will hold off anything new until Neo sorts out SRLE base.

On 3rd May 2016, the modification was deleted from all known modding hosting sites without any warning. The social media accounts of the modification at Twitter, Facebook and Google+ have all been removed without warning as well. Although the page continues to exist at Mod DB, there are no downloads available. The mod author has not announced the reasoning behind the removal of the mod and has even taken to requesting that his Nexus user account be closed.

Mid life crisis? Hacked? Oh the drama of it all. ;)

Doesn't mean we have to stop using the mod though, does it? I mean, it was in its final state.

yes you can. But when someone new follows the guide and he hasn't installed it before then he will not be able to download it and thus the guide is not followable.
