DoubleYou Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 https://wiki.step-project.com/Changelog/2.2.9.1@CJ, you linked the STEP Guide Changelog, which still has SkyFalls and SkyMills. @OPNeovalen probably removed it because DynDoLOD practically replaces it. Neovalen doesn't give a changelog, but you can go to Page Tools --> History to see what changes have been made.
