Question

Posted (edited)

I am having an issue with my mods not showing up in mod manager after restoring a backup of sorts.

My set up is a main HD running the OS with a larger HD where I keep my games as well as mod manager. The main HD was corrupted, I reinstalled windows, and everything was working fine. I verified that steam and skyrim were working, reinstalled the dot net framework then tried opening mod manager. It is working, and has all my settings and saves, but the mods are not showing up.

The same result shows when I right click on my latest save and try to "fix mods"

I went into the mod manager directory and verified that all the mods previously installed were present

I couldn't seem to find any posts talking about similar issues, can anyone help me out?

Go into the MO settings general tab and make sure that the Mod Directory points to where your mods are installed. Put a check in the advanced box to activate that section to change the paths to the location.

That was the problem, when I reinstalled windows the drive letter of my second HD changed, which messed with the paths, but not the installation itself.
