Description: Some people just aren't big fans of blood and gore in games. Some people love it. Games used to come with options for these types of things though.
In any case, here's the option now for the queasy or those who don't appreciate blood and gore like the rest.

 

Note: If you use this mod, go with the main file. I had no problems with it in my last play-through. If you go with the optional files, scroll through the posts section, I saw an error that can be easily fixed, I assume.
