Green under water. Please Help

Tell me, please, which is why underwater "green water"? Previously, when running "Skyrim Performance Monitor" and "Borderless Window" I had normal water. If "SPM" disabled, the water becomes green again. Today I installed "ENBoost" and green water came back. Enabling "Skyrim Performance Monitor" and "Borderless Window" does not help.

Anyone can give me advice. How to fix it?

What is SKP and SPK?

 

Borderless Window or Skyrim Perfirmance Monitor have nothing to do with this, I can assure you. The problem is with either ENB you use (do you use any?) or water mod.

 

Besides, really, this is not enough info. Post you mod list AND load order in [ spoiler] [ /spoiler] tags.

I found the cause of green water. Conclusions are very strange.

When installed "ENBoost" water turns green.

But when "ENBoost" OFF and ON "Skyrim Performance Monitor" water becomes Vanilla.

I had the same issue and installed the green water fix for it. The mod lets me see underwater, but it also removes all of the underwater effects so that the water becomes 100% clear, which definitely takes away some of the realism. Any ideas on how I can add some of those effects back in?
