0 rootsrat 11 Report post Posted January 25, 2014 You need to run programs like BOSS and T5E through MO to be able to use them. Use 'add executable ' option in MO to add shortcuts to BOSS etc. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

0 rootsrat 11 Report post Posted January 25, 2014 Any program that needs to read the modlist HAS to be run from MO level. Otherwise it will be looking for mods in Skyrim\Data directory.
0 MrSlendy 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2014 I have a question here that is not answered. MO has that Exclamation mark at the top right It is saying that I must put for exmaple Crimsontide after BecomeHighking but BOSS logs load order is different Should I follow BOSS? Edit: I reinstalled MO
0 DoubleYou 10 Report post Posted January 25, 2014 No, that is talking about priority order in the right pane. Drag and drop Crimsontide after BecomeHighking. You can generally safely ignore this warning, but it can be useful.

0 DoubleYou 10 Report post Posted January 25, 2014 Sorry, I got my left and rights mixed up. It's the priority order in the left pane. For the last question, you have to run Wrye Bash through Mod Organizer.
