Error building references: Assertion failure

Hello, I'm sorry if this comes as annoying I'm not really versed in the many ways of fixing these types of outcomes, I've tried everything I think would've helped and I'm still met with this same message (more or less) I say that because its always a "Error building references: Assertion failure" that occurs but on the thing that its referring to I.E  BSAssets.esm rtmdfpillar or  BSAssets.esm bskrajtiRiftenTemplePlatform being instances of what I assume to be apart of the larger issue.

This has been stumping my progress with my current Mod list and its been a whole 2 days trying little fixes and big ones yet I'm still stuck. I'd really appreciate any sort of assistance thank you : 3

here is Both my Debug and normal Log in case those are helpful. 
I've truncated to what I think was the correct way outlined but if it looks suspect I can fix it

Is this error 100% repeatable and always showing the a record from the same plugin?

Load the load order into xEdit, at least all plugins that use the mentioned plugin as a master and see if xEdit builds the "reference info" for all plugins without error.

Verify with prime95 and OCCT that the system is stable.

As for it being 100% repeatable, its happened every time I've tried so yes? as for it its from the same plugin, not always? It was either BSheartland.esm or BSassets.esm 

loading either my entire list or just the ones that rely on the mentioned plugins give off no errors pointing to either of these. The only things I find worth mentioning are 
[00:00] Background Loader: Warning: <Can't find Skyrim - Patch.bsa>
and
[03:15] Background Loader: <Note: [REFR:0190001B] (places [0B00083F] <Error: Could not be resolved> in GRUP Cell Temporary Children of WhiterunTempleofKynareth "Temple of Kynareth" [CELL:000165A7]) was injected into Update.esm>
as those are the only errors/Warning I got while using xedit
