1-Xedit tutorial video? and 2-Add-on packs

1 - Can anyone recommend a video where someone patches a mod list like STEP with audio explaining what they are doing and why?    I would like to see multiple examples so I can learn to patch things myself.  So a video like the above description would be golden.   Audio is important though.  I hate reading what someone is doing, it distracts from the mouse movements.

2 - Do you guys still have an add-on section?
