More Lights for ENB - Blood Splatter Fix now Requires ELIF?

It seems More Lights for ENB - Blood Splatter Fix now has ELIF as a requirement (the latest version (0.5) is from dec. 2024 which is later than the guide). For now I used version 0.4. Would that be fine?

I have the new version and ELIF installed. ELIF is probably going in the guide in the next version for the next guide version.
