This crash log seems to indicated a problem with "Boots of Blinding Speed" added by ccbgssse041-netchleather.esl and po3_SpellPerkItemDistributor.dll. Might be a red herring.

Next time also upload the skse64.log.

Interesting.  I completed the More Than You Can Chew quest where Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages says those boots are obtained from.  I have the book Crafting with Netch Leather and have read it but don't have Boots of Blinding Speed.  However, I did loot the Painted Netch Armor set from the same chest the book was in.  I did clean ccbgssse041-netchleather.esl using xEdit's QuickAutoClean executable.  And I am using Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) per the STEP guide.  When that CTD occurred, I was killed by a Bull Netch and the game crashed when it attempted to auto load the last save.

EDIT:  I just read that those boots are obtained by going to Fort Hraggstad and looting a chest just inside the fort's main entrance.  I have not been to Fort Hraggstad yet.  But USEP makes it sound like once you craft the netch armor set, the Boots of Blinding Speed are no longer available...

I was trying to find where that (Optional) Search Fort Hraggstad miscellaneous quest disappeared from my journal and when I attempted to load an older save (Save133_F20216DB_0_5261676E6172_DLC2SolstheimWorld_001946_20250330200445_19_1) the game crashed.

EDIT: Crash is not repeatable.  Also, the "Craft A Set Of Netch Leather Armor Or (Optional) Search Fort Hraggstad" miscellaneous quest completed once I killed one of Mogrul's Thugs and looted their Shadowed Netch Leather Armor set.  My previous CTD happened shortly after this moment when I was killed by a Bull Netch.

 

Well somewhat not repeatable.  While it didn't crash again on loading the 133 save, it did crash on loading the 134 save.

What all 3 crash share is the mention of po3_SpellPerkItemDistributor.dll and SKSE dispatching a message to plugin 48, before that, which supposedly means StormLightning.dll as far as I can tell, though I might be wrong about that.

I'd suggest to copy the current load order to a new profile in MO2, and then do these tests:

Download and use this test version https://mega.nz/file/MEAT2TCB#sZYPlYowDPEO2RLS41v9qX0ISnTabbf4wkAbuEVJNik
Edit ..\SKSE\plugins\DynDOLOD_Data\DynDOLOD_NG_Worlds.txt again and add a new line debuglevel=2 under the debug=true.
It will not really change anything, but do the test anyways.

Then check if you have the latest version of StormLightning.dll as it updated recently. Test if removing it makes any difference.

Then test if there is any difference using the 7.2.0RC11 version of po3_SpellPerkItemDistributor.dll. Then test also test what happens if you remove it.

Upload logs whenever a crash happens with a short note explaining if this is a crash after death or loading straight from menu.

We might have to continue ripping the load order apart for tests, so keep your original load order and saves as backup so you are able to continue with them.

Copied my MO2 profile, downloaded new DynDOLOD DLL NG v34 and installed, added debuglevel=2, disabled Storm Lightning (confirmed it's the latest version from March 16th), CTD occurred when loading save 135 after loading a few other saves first.

Seems save to say the the two DLLs are unrelated to the issue.

Test if there is anything different with this test version in regards to CTDs while loading https://mega.nz/file/AFA2STSQ#-2Ieg4T-Uam916ofik_-virnHQ4fEgNm0sA-T0lK7v0. Post new logs in case there is still a CTD.

The last CTD seems unrelated, as the last log entry to the DynDOLOD.log - the last time DynDOLOD.DLL was invoked - is about 11 seconds before the crash.
The crash seems to be related to NPCs, effects  and maybe to skeleton.nif and/or Effects\FXfireWithEmbers01_Cheap.nif.

You seem to have po3_SpellPerkItemDistributor.dll and StormLightning.dll enabled again. Please use with the test profile in which they were both are disabled.

Set debuglevel=5 in the DynDOLOD_NG_Worlds.txt and test again with the test version from this post https://stepmodifications.org/forum/topic/20072-dyndolod-dll/page/22/#findComment-285334. Upload those logs.

Then test with this version https://mega.nz/file/UUJiWaIC#zlCzccqWn5ys6cKqXbWGRkWNmcld8k1M-yuqk5uDmVM. Upload new logs.

Yes, I re-enabled both of those mods after a CTD still occurred with each mod disabled.  I will disable both per your request and continue my playthrough with debuglevel=5.

Just to be sure, if you just disable the DynDOLOD.DLL now and ignore any messages and you try reloading the same way say about 10 times, there is still no CTD?

Tried to get it to CTD without DynDOLOD DLL.  Loaded about 30-40 saves from the menu.  Also let it loop in a die and autoload last save scenario.  Just wouldn't CTD.

I will now try the new DynDOLOD DLL with timestamp 2025/04/01 13:09.

So I should test with [Markers] present but [Disabled] and [Resets] removed?  Also, leave SPID and Storm Lightning disabled?  Basically same test as last time but add the [Markers] section back in the DLC2SolstheimWorld file?

Yes. Keep anything everything that was seemingly did not affect the issue removed/disabled.
