Wetness with 2.3?

I'm looking to get wetness from rain working or looking better(?). I have searched around and seen mentions of wetness being a thing with cathedral weathers and maybe rudy enb mods. Has anyone done something like that with 2.3? I'm looking for a look like this kind of: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/images/69084/

This ENB has wet surfaces for cathedral Weathers.
