mooit Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 I made this post over in DynDOLOD, and if this is only needing some small editing to fix, I'm wondering if anyone here could edit and correct this NIF? Because I have no clue here what I am doing in regards to this, so the help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

THANKS The NULL path needs to be removed from BSSHaderTextureSet nodes where indicated: Then save the NIF. NOTE: if you do this, you will need to also check the LOD model crown (and possibly trunk if it's not a hybrid LOD model) for the same issue and fix it. Then you will also need to update the LOD model name with the new CRC32 (and all four BSSHaderTextureSet paths of the flat trunk if it's a hybrid LOD model). It's not a trivial thing, which is why it's best if the MA fixes it in both cases (full model and LOD model). Otherwise, this is a benign DynDOLOD error that can be ignored. EDIT: Actually, the trunk one should probably point to the normal map instead of removing "textures\". MA needs to fix it, IMO.
mooit Posted May 1, 2024 Author Posted May 1, 2024 (edited) It's for Blubbos Trees in Whiterun 2018 mod, he's no longer working on this version, but I really like it, and I'm just trying to clean up the DynDOLOD messages is all. Trying to keep it all nice and tidy and error free... LOL This is the mod if anyone else might be able to clean this up. This is not something I've ever messed with before. It doesn't have any LOD files. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22291?tab=files&file_id=76928 THANKS Edited May 1, 2024 by mooit
