TexGen keeps halting completely when I have RealisticWaterTwo v5 mod installed.

It fails due to this reason:

It seems that the script is expecting this file: textures\effects\FXWhiteWater02_falls.dds

Looking at textures\effects\FXWhiteWater02_fallsnoalpha.dds it is included in the DynDOLOD Resources SE 3.00 mod but the textures\effects\FXWhiteWater02_falls.dds file is missing. 

Can anyone confirm if I am doing something wrong or whether this is truly a missing texture in the Resources mod.

This is a file not found error, which is attributed to tree meshes used by ShumerWorld.esm, which I believe is from the mod Shumer and the Fall of Allagard SSE.
In case a texture is not found while running TexGen, it will be substituted with the default diffuse (full red color) for *.DDS or the default normal map (flat surface) for *_n.DDS automatically. The first should be very obvious in case the generated object LOD texture or LOD billboard is used in the game and typically needs to be fixed. The flat normal map substitute means the surface of the object will be flat, which might not be a very visible problem if at all. If a model and reference is reported, use the preview buttons for the tree/grass LOD billboards to check the render result.

The texture filename is obviously a typo with the *.dds.dds. It can be fixed by editing the NIF with NifSkope and updating the texture path.
The mod DynDOLOD TexGen Fixes (Summerset Isle-Gray Cowl-Beyond Reach-Midwood Isle-ELFX) linked at the bottom of https://dyndolod.info/Messages/File-Not-Found-Textures contains a fixed version of mangrovereachtree0gkb2.nif but not reachtree0gkb1.nif it seems.

Hi! I've been trying to figure it out how to solve this, I tried reading a lot of times the Message Logs information in the Dyndolod page, but really a lot of times and I can't understand how to solve this. It says Dawguard, Dragonborn, and Skyrim.esm. I tried re-downloading again those files and searching for solutions but can't find anything. Please help!

Outdated or not properly made LOD models might still work fine in many cases, however if they replace newer versions included in DynDOLOD Resources or in 3rd party LOD models specifically made for DynDOLOD 3, it is possible for object LOD not to match anymore if there are base records using replaced texture sets.
If and only if there are obvious differences of the textures between full models and LOD models, the log messages can aid in quickly finding the reason. 

The mod author may not know or care there is a problem or maybe not know why or how to make proper LOD models. Maybe they work well enough as is.

Install the Core Files from either DynDOLOD Resources or DynDOLOD Resources SE depending on the used game version as any other mod. Typically overwrite everything else unless another mod specifically instructs to overwrite DynDOLOD Resources. Refer to Load/Overwrite Orders for detailed explanations.

None of the models reported in those message are included in DynDOLOD Resources, so none of the reported messages happen because of such conflicts.

I didn't say that those models are included in DynDOLOD, I just asked to make sure if I should let DynDOLOD Resources overwrite everything in the left panel of MO2, giving it priority like this:

-Landscape retextures
-Cities retextures
-(other stuff)

-DynDOLOD RESOURCES (overwriting the files above)

-DynDOLOD DLL NG and Scripts

-TextGen Output
-DynDOLOD Output

And about the message I think I figure it out, it was an issue with Tamrielic Landscapes that more people reported in the bug section. I was confused because it was mentioning Skyrim.esm, Dawnguard and Dragonborn lol.
And with the Textures do not match I think it's because TGC of Winterhold Vanilla textures paths.

Yeah, I thought I mention that just in case.

The order looks right if none of the other mods instruct to overwrite specifically. If in doubt you could double check whatever conflicts MO2 reports.

I'm running on macOS through wine. My mod list is pretty much pristine and done. ParallaxGen works perfectly, Pandora works perfectly. TexGen my 5th attempt in 10 years of modding skyrim still refuses to work under wine. It reports missing textures:

I don't even expect any help here. Just maybe put into your readme or instructions or somewhere that DYNDOLOD DOESN'T WORK UNDER WINE.

DynDOLOD works fine under Wine. If a windows program does not work under Wine, it is a Wine / OS problem.
Windows does not have case sensitive filenames. You will have lots of issues like this if the used filesystem is case sensitive. You need to solve this on the "OS" level, for example by using/mounting a case insensitive file system / folder etc.

So why does Pandora or Nemesis or ParallaxGen or Loot or literally any other tool work but not TexGen? This is the only modding tool that I have NEVER managed to run despite countless efforts.

The tools works perfectly fine as expected. DynDOLOD is a modified xLODGen which is a tool mode of xEdit. DynDOLOD uses the xEdit file and BSA functions.

The tool gets the file paths from the shown NIFs. The tool then queries the OS if the file paths exists in the load order. The OS reports to the tools that the file paths do not exist. That message from the OS is reported. If the file path actually exists, then fix the OS "lying" about it to the tool.

The case of file paths in the BSAs is irrelevant.

OS isn't lying. The file is there. My drive is formatted with case insensitive file system and literally everything other than TexGen works. Fix your broken code. You've made 3 versions of this garbage and it never worked properly.

Moved to a seperate thread.

xEdit, xLODGen, and TexGen and DynDOLOD in particular is used by millions of people in the past 10 years and part of many modding guides and mod lists for years.

These tools are constantly worked on and developed. TexGen and DynDOLOD are an ALPHA test for users to test and report problems.
