How do I install DynDOLOD 3 for NMM?

How do I install DynDOLOD 3 for NMM? None of the installation guides are helpful for installing it when using NMM, alternatively is it possible to just run the program and skip all the "In-between" garbage so I can just play Skyrim without everything in the distance looking like a "Missing Texture" Party??? Please do not post unhelpful things such as "Use MO2" or "Use Vortex"

Installation instructions of DynDOLOD 3 are found on the DynDOLOD website. When using NMM, you do not need to add an executable to the mod manager. You simply run the executables like any normal application.

so just to clarify, once I have both of the 7z files downloaded and unpacked I dont have to do anything else just run the application? sorry, one more question which do I use x64 or not?

xEdit/xLODGen/DynDOLOD do not require a mod manager or a specific mod manager.
DynDOLOD Resources SE and then the TexGen/DynDOLOD Outputs are installed as any other mod.
