I haven't modified it as of yet to try to get it to work in game (loading them as is crashes the game). Do you think you could use these files the same way you do for SSE to make grass lods? 0 sheson Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 The *.gid files probably miss the same filler bytes but I wouldn't be surprised if Fallout 4 has more problem reading them beyond that. Grass LOD generation requires functionality and features from TexGen and DynDOLOD. For that to happen for Fallout 4, config, rule and maybe patch files need to be created. I have no plans to do that. 1
