Some ESP inactive after guide, normal?

Just about completed the STEP guide 0.3.0b, and i got to say i'm so impressed by the work you have done setting up this guide. Amazing! Big thanks. 

 

 

I have one question: When completed i have some esp:s that are unticked in the plugin section. RBB - Oakwood patch, RBB USSEP Patch, and the landscape for grass mods esp:s and also the complete Alchemy & cooking overhaul_CCOOR_Patch.esp. 

 

Should they remain like that or should all esp be ticked?

All plugins in the right pane should be ticked. If a plugin is not needed, the instructions state to move these to optional when installing the mod so these should not appear in the right pane.
