hi Neo just checking i think ORM-Arvak.esp needs an override in BUM

Overide ORM-Arvak.esp AFTER:Convenient Horses.esp

No override required. They do not conflict in any way.

I am curious about the Book of Silence choices. You seem to have dropped most of the items that had esps - such as the ebony and glass armor variants and the Skyforge steel weapons. Is this because you are trying to save esp slots, don't like the variants (or think they are largely superfluous) or think the esps causes stability issues (there has been a bit of commentary on the Skyforge weapons, e.g.).

Or is this all handled in the Content Addon and the modification thereto in Improved Closed Faced Helms?

Never mind - just user confusion.

Amidianborn content add on includes those. So no need for those ESPs.

As you guys may have noted, new USKP is out. There will be conflicts and I am going to work them as fast as possible. Please bear with me, there is a ton to look at. I suspect Daniel will be updating Book Covers Skyrim shortly to incorporate changes so I'm not worried about those. Nothing game breaking found so far.

After installing the mods for SRLE MO gives the error/warning shown below (which do not actually seem to be true in some cases for my order - for example Traps Make Noise s already after Cutting Room Floor). Thoughts?

The conflict resolution order for some mods containing scripts differs from that of the corresponding esp.
This may lead to subtle, hard to locate bugs. You should re-order the affected mods (left list!).
There is no way to reliably know if each of these changes is absolutely necessary but its definitively safer.
If someone suggested you ignore this message, please give them a proper slapping from me. Do not ignore this warning
The following changes should prevent these kinds of errors:

  • Move Cutting Room Floor after ã€DSAMG】Dragon Soul Absorb More Glorious
  • Move Traps Make Noise - More Dangerous Traps after Cutting Room Floor
  • Move Wiseman303's Trap Fixes after Traps Make Noise - More Dangerous Traps
  • Move Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade after Wiseman303's Trap Fixes
  • Move When Vampires Attack after Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade
  • Move The Paarthurnax Dilemma after When Vampires Attack
  • Move The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests - Improved Dialogue Options after The Paarthurnax Dilemma
  • Move Thieves Guild Requirements - No Auto Quest Start Brynjolf after The Choice is Yours - Fewer Forced Quests - Improved Dialogue Options
  • Move aMidianBorn Book of Silence after Thieves Guild Requirements - No Auto Quest Start Brynjolf
  • Move Better Fast Travel - Carriages and Ships - Overhauled after aMidianBorn Book of Silence
  • Move Provincial Courier Service after Better Fast Travel - Carriages and Ships - Overhauled
  • Move Alternate Start - Live Another Life after Provincial Courier Service

I am almost positive that he has you disable that in the guide.

So ignore it.

EDIT:

It sure does.

Select "Basic Diagnosis Plugin" in the left pane.

In the right pane, double click on the value to the right of "check_modorder" and select "false".

This should be the same for all the guides, IMHO. The amount of confusion generated by those obscure and often unwarranted suggestions is amazing.

I was wondering if any of us have been unfortunate enough to catch diseases since the new iNeed Dangerous Diseases ESP was used?

I picked up Mild Rockjoint from a wolf bite about two ingame days ago. I am well rested, well fed and have visited three priests and still have the disease. I know that the Priests will allow the disease to regress but I wondered what was the trigger for the regression check? Sleeping? Time passing?

Yeah I thought I was bugged till I read the information for the mod.  I went to the priest 2 or 3 times, drank several cure potions, slept for a day or two, and I still had rockjoint.  I'm going to see if it progresses, if it does after doing all that I might disable that portion of the mod.

I have an odd issue. If I ride the cart (following LAL) and then during the dragon attack jump from the tower into the burning inn my character will catch fire and die. (Toggling tgm will avoid taking fire damage and dying, otherwise death occurs in 3-5 seconds or so.) Anyone else have this issue? I'm using a pure SRLE setup and notice no other issues.

Edit - ah I see others have had this issue a few pages back. I tried elminating DSI and Deadly Dragons - no effect, still burned to death. Disabling AS -LAL made no difference either. I've never had the frozen thief though. The new camera mod gives wonky effects on the cart and some of the courtyard scenes when bound.

The little "warning" is what gets me.

Maybe tannin should ship it with another question like "Are you following guide like STEP or SR:LE?" and if people say yes then it would disable it otherwise if they hit no then it would leave the setting on.

EDIT: this is the "warning" I am talking about.

Make sure your using the latest version. There was a bug in a previous version that you couldn't get cured.

Here is an amusing glitch I encountered on my latest playthrough.

Recruited my first follower (Faendel) and told him to wait for me near the edge of a cliff.

Bugger sandboxed for a bit, wandering about, then ran off the cliff and died. Gotta admit, I laughed but this may prove to be a problem later.

Thoughts? Is this something that can be mitigated by a setting in EFF?
