Hey Neo,

 

Under Better Vampires, the notes show this:

 

  Expand "Weapon" under Better Vampires.esp and select the "0010AA19" node.

  Drag the "Speed" record from Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp to Better Vampires.esp.

 

When I look at that particular FormID, the Speed values are 1.000000 for both USKP and BV, so they already match. I think you meant to indicate the other Form ID "0010C6FB", which does show a diff between the two (0.750000 for USKP and 0.700000 for BV).

Speaking of mod authors getting banned - no less than a day after Turbosnowy's ban Jason2112 (the author of ATTK) has been as well.

 

I really got suspicious with him once I read MooKittyBonnie's comments, but blatantly lying about an interaction between the top man of the Nexus and him would be the final nail for him. (For the record, this is the post in question). And paying for a set of simple AutoHotKey and WShell scripts? No sell.

 

Monty doesn't recommend the mod, and neither would I.

 

As for the Blood Barrels revival - I'm currently deciding between if the barrels should be treated as regular containers (like Turbosnowy's original implantation) or if they should be more complex - like having the mod allow you to fill a blood potion once or twice per day using one of the blood barrels. Any other ideas?

I don't really understand it well but.. why should they refill automatically?  Unless you've got someone on hand to periodically donate blood to the barrel they should be one time use only - although it might be nice if they were safe storage for blood potions.  I suppose if there were other vampires or thralls hanging around they could be periodically refilled through their exertions.

The thralls are all over the place and with it being a vampire den you'd expect there would always be a "fresh" supply around to refill for everyone to drink.

So... what do we do for the Khajiit in the mean time? For the male textures, I think we can get away with using the Better Male textures (they look really close to the Better Beast Race used versions) - as for females, using the default (non Coverkhajiit) hotfix for them would work fine, unless you really want to use JazzJr's textures.

 

Would like to see a version of the UNP hotfix based off of the Better Beast Races textures, however.

Yeah, I haven't decided quite what to do with this but adding the UNP hotfix to also include khajiit is a nice temporary.

This won't be an issue come adding "Weapons and Armor Fixes - Remade", just waiting for kyptopyr to get back to me on Dragonborn Compatibility before I add it. Fixed for now though.

 

Took a look through it tonight and think I know all the patches required, just need to make sure Dragonborn doesn't break using it.

I was going through some of the TES5editing, b/c im about to start a full playthrough.  There were only 2 or 3 things that bothered me.

 

1) There seems to be a conflict between predator vision and better vampires.  Not sure which record is worth keeping or not.

2) My recently remade Bashed patch seems to conflict with realistic needs and diseases.
