CTD next to river, outside of Bleakfall Barrows cave exit

It seems pretty consistent and I am trying to figure out what is causing it. Everything else seems to run fine. The CTD occurs when I get close to the river right outside the exit of Bleakfall Barrows, on my way back to Riverwood.

 

Here is a pastebin of my papyrus, as the crash log seems pretty consistent with warning/error messages:

Papyrus log is fairly useless to anyone but the author. Do you have Crash Fixes installed? If so, it should help to figure out the reason in its log.
