Missing Master in the SR Conflict esp

I've spent 3 days installing everything.  Followed everything faithfully, somethings I'm just not going to install.  Got to the conflict resolution, did a lot manually, but decided I would like to play Skyrim sometime again this year.  So, i downloaded the resolution esp to use.  Everything seems fine, but I'm missing 1 master file.  It's part of the ealistic Water Two merged file.  It's there.  I recreated it 5 times now.  The SRCR.esp still says the master is missing.  I may try manually sorting the masters in TES5Edit to see if that will help, but this is really an issue of is the file there or not and the file is.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

make sure after you have created the realistic water two merge to rename the resulting esp back to RealisticWaterTwo.esp

Special instructions:

• Post merge rename the output file RealisticWaterTwo - Merged.esp to RealisticWaterTwo.esp to retain compatibility with patches.

You need to do the same with RS Children.
