DynDOLOD Detailed instructions page's images are broken

So yeah the images are broken when I visit this page (DynDOLOD instruction page) I cleaned my cach and my cookies but that did not help.

Those images were on Copy.com and this service is no longer available. We'll need to put them at an alternate site.

I've added back some of them now but since DynDOLOD Standalone is about to come out of beta this page will probably be retired as most of the instructions are now unnecessary.

A complete rewrite of the instructions are already complete for the 2.0 beta with new images included. This will be posted when the beta is no longer a beta. For now, the instructions in the page are still good...you just don't the reference images.
