As the title suggests, when I'm traversing over rocks, if I look down at them while moving the textures seem to warp and flow. Is this normal? I'm guessing not. What would be causing this?

Cut down on skooma... if you still see it after try disabling terrain parallax fix in enb ini and see if it fixes it

So further fiddling has showed me that the bsa is no different than the loose files. no surprise there. but what i did find out is that if i set fixparallaxbugs=false, the texture morphing as I walk ceases, but is replaced with the textures jerking suddenly when i change angles. this is no better.

also, while testing this out, i came across this anomaly. this is the only fire in the game ive come across with this error in it. no other problems with lighting or fires, just this. even when i quit and reload its always this one fire.

No extras. I had skyrim bigger trees installed for a couple days but got rid of it.

Edit: I should point out I've been having this issue since I started my game weeks ago, before installing SBT, and just now got around to posting about it.

If thats the case you must have missed or messed one of the steps and only you can find which one. You can try uploading your mod order so we can have a look but i wouldn't bet on it. Try googling it using different descriptions maybe you'll find quicker solution. The only "related" issue i had was cased by parallax terrain fix

P.S. did you install the right version of ENB Terrain Parallax Fix mod?

Removing Ruffled Feather's Moss Rocks fixed this for me.
