Conflict Finding

Is there any (easy) way to figure out if the install you've done behaves as you want it to? For textures I figure it's easy as you just load the game and watch the pretty pixels.. but what about quest mod or mods that add new worldspaces (Wyrmstooth, Helgen Reborn etc)... is there some kind of "trick" to test these quickly when starting a new game, or would I have to cross my fingers and hope for the best?

You'd have to use console commands to test those types of things out quickly. Such as "COC" to quickly travel to locations and other commands that will give you items, quests, etc.
