0 Greg
Make sure skse.ini is in the SKSE folder and that it isn't mistakenly named skse.ini.txt. You might also verify you don't have a duplicate copy of skse.ini floating around somewhere (like in a mod folder or Skyrim's data folder if you are using Mod Organizer). Are you running skse_loader.exe to start the game? Finally, use Memory Blocks Log to verify the settings are taking effect and the crash isn't caused by using more than 512MB in the first block. 0 NordPride_WorldWide
A-HA! I dig some digging around my computer and found I had a duplicate with nothing but the tint resolution inside it. deleted all but the one with the guides fixes in it. testing now. I'll report back. 0 NordPride_WorldWide
Yes Sir that was it! memory blocks log is reporting up over 300 and counting without an issue now, whereas before it killed the game right at 256. no idea where the duplicate with missing information came from. thanks! I fixed this by getting the SSME mod. Problem solved. I even tried 1GB and 512KB values.
0 Nebulous112
If Memory Blocks Log keeps confirming it is at 256, when you are pretty confident you have it set higher and there are no duplicate skse.ini files, you probably need the forcesteamloader argument.
