Looping music bug / Skyrim music not playing FYSA: If anyone ever happens to notice the same ambient music / music is looping over and over and none of the original Skyrim music is playing anymore (not even the LotD museum music, although the battle music still works)... I have your saving grace! I noticed this same sort of ambient music going over and over and was looking up commands like "help mus" and "addmusic" / "removemusic" to no avail. By chance I discovered a little blurb on The Forgotten City known bugs / workarounds... I specifically had this music looping... So, I traveled all the way back to the Forgotten Ruins, went inside and up to the well (but not down it, lol). And then simply left. Voila! Fixed! Hooray!!!!
  4. Oh man... Vigor removed, EL removed, Caranthir added. Guyssss....I finally started playing! Level 7. Now there's this constant dillema, do I stay up to date with you guys but pretty much force myself to start a new game?!?! Or do I fall way behind but keep playing... First world problems! >_> lol
  5. @DarkladyLexy I disabled VSync in the ENB Global file in ENB Organizer, Set iPresentInterval = 0, and apply the default settings in Nvidia Inspector to Skyrim, plus the force VSync On option. My FPS seems to have jumped only a little bit. Maybe 5-7FPS. However it FEELS much smoother. I feel like i did something like this a long time ago in the past? Just can't remember.... Anyways, interesting find! TY for sharing. P.S. Anyone checking out "The Cosmos" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35552/? Looks cool. Maybe a bit much...I was always a sucker for stars.
  6. 1.) Again, seems like some combination of XPMSE/FNIS+LoTD's Sword of the Crusader will CTD (haven't fixed, tried rerunning FNIS, SUM, changing MCM settings) 2.) Wonders of Weather is only in my merge one time, I'm thinking maybe it was just a bad merge? 3.) This does seem to have fixed the weird health issue (reloading Frostfall) thank-you! I always have a tendency to load all MCM mods before leaving the alternate start room, maybe some should wait, huh? Thank-you for your help though, much appreciated sir
  7. Alright last post.... Looks like there might be an issue with XPMSE/FNIS and LoTD's Sword of the Crusader. This is the only weapon that will make me CTD when I try to place it on my back. But it will not do this if I change it back to default sword location or use another sword. Keep this in mind with any LoTD weapons you use in-case this happens again. :P
  8. I'll check 2, and do 3 real quick. I did figure out the sheath crash ONLY happens when placing things on my back. If XPSME is set to default, no CTD on sheath. Maybe rerun FNIS?
  9. Hello Modders! :) I have updated too many times, and restarted over and over because of it. Lol. I want to just play...but I noticed a couple things. Anyone else encounter this or have any thoughts? 1.) Biggest one... I consistently CTD when sheathing my sword (It happens to be the Sword of the Crusader from LoTD, but I've used it before on another char without problems). 2.) Wonders of Weather now shows up in MCM first (above A Matter of Time) because it is named $Wonders of Weather. Some of the options have money signs in them as well 3.) For immersive HUD, my health only seems to fade away if I pick fast fade. And more annoyingly, it seems randomly my health drops just a teeny tiny bit for no reason so it pops back up again. I was thinking maybe some mod somewhere is making health drop due to hunger/weather? I really don't know... That's it! If anyone could help me on that first one, that's really the only thing driving me nuts, lol. I have my mod order/inis current if you wanna peak :) Take care, and hope you're having an excellent weekend!!

  11. Nebulous/Darth, Any chance you guys could update your Modwat.ch? As this gets changed so often, it's a nice way to make sure you're not missing anything. Than all one has to do is copy that paste it into Notepad++ (free) in one new file, than make another with your own Modwat.ch and you can run a plugin called compare and it will line-by-line show the differences (green = they added, red = they removed/don't have) Just a thought!

  13. Did we remove "DBM_3DNPC_Patch" permanently from the LoTD Patch Central installation? I see the text got deleted but it says you removed nothing on the update notes. Just making sure we are not missing anything, cheers! :)

  15. This is what I'm doing, if there's a clever way anyone knows I'm all ears. I've already had to re-make five or so merges, one was the 17 mod landscape and clutter one in LoTD. Really does take some time doesn't it? Hehe... Now if your mod loadout has room, if a couple mods are being updated very often I would just stop merging them altogether. I might start doing this with a few, we'll see...

Hello intense, restless modding crew I've been playing around, second character (first got messed up I think with improper Dyndlod update procedures) Here are just some things I've been noticing so far, perhaps there are some thoughts or others are noticing this as well. I am pleased to say there has only been one CTD, and I'm thinking it was my fault for not following the Dyndlod update procedures. 1.) The game likes to seemingly randomly say I am "in-combat" keeping me from doing other things. Several hours sometimes has to go by in-game before it goes away. My only initial thoughts are the fancy predator system, as many times a wolf or other animal will seek to engage, than run off never to be seen (but is still aggro'd) 2.) Some of the followers seem to not recognize the "edibles" I put in their inventory/equipment (either or) yet they use and see the waterskins. 3.) Snow seems to ignore No Snow Under the Roof in Windhelm in many areas, also on the watch tower on the way to black falls borrow. I looked over the mod and merge as much as I could. I don't see anything wrong... 4.) Nilsine Shatter Shield: When I first met her, she had no dialogue, yet I could send her to any town...presumably from the "Go on Ahead" mod...shouldn't I have some sort of discussion or relationship with her before I can do this? Not just HEY GO HERE "Yea....okay...." lol :D 5.) Ah yes. This is probably intentional...but holy crap WOLVES ARE SUPER DEADLY. It takes me numerous arrows, bashes, flame shooting to take a single one down than BAM one gangs up on me from the back and insta-kill. Everything is hard, but they seem the worst because they appear to "cripple" you with some of the newer mods. That's it! Hope everyone is having a wonderful time.   18. @Nebulous112 I think I figured out the KSHairdos issue. Everytime this guide has me install a hotfix, I make it a second mod/entry in the left pane underneath the original. It appears that the merged mod contains the KSHairdos hotfix meshes but not the ones from the original mod. So while this may be okay, the original guide or this one may be helped if they better indicate when you MUST overwrite the original mod for the sake of it being merged later on in the guide (as opposed to just overwriting with a new one below it on the left pane) Cheers!
  19. @Nebulous: I swear I followed the pictures. But I am sleep deprived. Let's assume I was a dork and did not do this. Can I just go into the mods and copy those files into the merge folder? You don't happen to know what does and does not qualify as a general asset do you? I'd have to make sure I wasn't copying extra things is all. I'm in bed now though... Really...   20. I AM DONE! W0o0o0o. God I thought I would never finish these mod lists. Phew, hard for a noobie, but I definitely got a good feel for all the programs and types of mods out there. Just tested to make sure there were no CTDs or initial issues. Game seems to run without issue and smoothly. 1.) KSHairdo seems to be messed up now, pink hair without much detail. I merged it into the "Faces Merged" but it I see now the folder is only 370+MB while KSHairdos by itself is several GBs. Per the guide it says to deactivate after merge (the original) as all the files are included in the merge, is this an exception? Or have I been doing these merges wrong? Because if I was only supposed to be removing the .ESPs and keeping the textures in the original mods on the left-pane, I may need to redo TEXGEN/WORLDGEN too, no?! :(
  21. @twiztedmongoloid I can't believe Windows 10 limits you to 4GB VRAM. Surely Nvidia and other are aware of this? They are starting to ramp up the 6GB cards to 8GB now. But half of it is technically useless! How silly :( I hope I can finish the guide today and actually start playing. So excited. Hope you have a blast! Definitely agree it is an excellent and well-updated mod. @paul666root Roger that, I removed it permanently along with that Bijin AIO file that I believe was also late merged. Thank-you good sir. As far as Skyrim Flora Overhaul, and Holidays...do you think either of those will truly negatively affect my play experience? I do notice less FPS with this guide than the base guide but am not sure where the true culprit lies, hehe. Have a 980TI/SSD.
  22. Was Ordinary Women - USLEEP Patch merged or made obsolete by another mod? Just wondering, I had installed it than noticed you had taken it away :)
  23. Oh shoot, ran into one thing needing clarification... Improved closefaced helmets - Patches - SRLE Extended LOTD Are we supposed to deactivate the old base mod or patches? Are we downloading the base mod or patches again? Because it says patches, but than says version 1.57 (which is base) Update: I went ahead and just did a new patches with those files. Can't wait to start seeing some screenshots from you guys! Oh and Ron Hiler, I see you decided to update afterall! Haha, perhaps LoTD helped change your mind :D
  24. You know I was just about to ask why BijinAIO-2016_3.1.1_SV.esp had the ESP removed (it's the whole mod!) But I see it's in that new file now as a merge. I'm trying really hard to get this installed and keep-up!!!! You work damn hard on these, holy-moly! Thank-you for your time and efforts so that we may all enjoy the same awesome game setup you do :P
  25. Also random though... Is there any reason/difficulty with including "Breezehome FullyUpgradable"? I've always thought that was a great mod in a classic spot but it never seems to be included in many mod lists. Is compatibility an issue? Just wondering! If it could be added without issue, I think I'd go for it! =D
