Ok, I finished to install everything again, well not everything but my custom setup (95% core, 30% extended and a few other mods for future compatibility): * The correct mod order MO fails to export, so i sorted a bit. And here are my FRAPS Benchmarks from "Bethesda software presents..." until the 1st auto save at Helgen, 225 seconds long tests: From "STEP 2.F" and above, i got a 0.5~1 second freeze when the carriage is turning the last corner (maybe the soldiers were loading), before it stops. Thats why i got a minimum fps that low, but the average fps is basically the same all the time after 2.F was installed. I don't think DynDOLOD is a useful or necessary mod, but since it doesn't slow down my game, ill leave it there (maybe). Now i just need to tweak my ini files to increase the fps a bit and install my other 135 mods (9GB) to complete my mod collection. I'll post more tests after that...

Tkx, nice explanation. So i will leave the duplicated textures out there... maybe the game loads same things twice, but is so hard to clean this duplications since MO reset the entire file tree every time i hide something, making this taks impossible.

I have now 230 plugins, the game is not stable anymore, i got a save corruption other day and there some huge fps drops when entering zones with 3 followers... So, I think it is time to re-install everything, using less heavy mods and less scripts. My goal is to have <200 plugins this time and no heavy (>50MB) followers. But there is some things i didn't found its clear yet: 1- The only mod needed to be clear by T5E is Update.esm? Or i must clear everything except Convenient Horses, one-by-one? 2- A few detailed instructions ask to go to Mod Organizer in Data tab and disable some texture files. But since is extremely boring to navigate there, i almost never did this. Is that a problem or i can ignore this and the game will run fine? 3- Still on data tab, there are some red names (conflicts), from BashedPatch and other huge mods. Am I supposed to delete those? (I always left those red named files untouched) Sorry for the bad English.

Finally i finished to install STEP mods, after suffering 2 months with this mods routine. I had some issues on my last Windows 10 installation that was bugging the TES5Edit, also the Antivirus was messing up with the mods utilities. Now with a clear install of Win10 and no AV, everything is working fine. So I installed 90% of core mods, 30% of extended mods and another 40~50 mods i founded in asian blogs/nexus. The game is perfect now and the fps is very high for my "weak" laptop. Good job with this project. I expect to see some combat improvements in future.

Just did a last try installing before i delete Skyrim from my Steam: installed STEP core with only MO + LOOT, no TES5Edit or anything else, added another 60~80 mods from asian sites and nexus and................................... ITS WORKING LIKE A CHARM! 40 fps in dungeons, 30 fps outside. Not bad for my weak laptop :D So the problem was that stupid EDIT procedures... FTW

It have full permissions for everyone. Maybe its better for me to stop with this modding stuff... I dont play for 3 weeks now, its just thousands of downloads everytime and the game never works in the end. Nevermind, ill take a break from Skyrim and play other games, maybe in the future things will start to work for me =/ Tkx anyway.

I hope someday we users can just download a 10Gb file by torrent wich installs everything we need at once... Really... Its so hard to follow this guides like STEP, beatification-project and GEMS. I always waste 1 week just modding things and it doesn't work in the end. Just a sugestion... BTW, good job so far! My game doesn't work with STEP yet, but i have hope it will someday. The guide is so well detailed

Yes, I'm following the guide step by step, reading everything for each instalation.

After trying this step tutorials for 1st time, i expended 3 days to reach 2.N. Patches section, and got some weird erros with TES5Edit not working anymore... So i deleted skyrim from steam and everything else related to mods, used ccleaner to remove anything left behind, and here i am starting all over.... This time TES5Edit error came just at the 1st use, at the 2.B. Clean the Update ESM Any advice please? =/ The error is: TES5edit can't find the plugin list (i checked the file, it is there!).
