  1. Nope still ctding...yes I do.
  2. Hey guys, I disabled bashed and AM-Skytest and it launched. Â So I rebuilt AM-Skytest/bashed patch and am currently running all the sum again. Â Should be fine now. Hopefully ppl read this and learn what NOT to do from me.
  3. Now im just crashing on startup with no, message, error logs in wyrebash/tes5edit/or boss. I can only think of two possible reasons. 1. maybe i need to remake AM-SkyTEST Patch.esp because it was made before I repaired skytest. 2. The rar files for the wolverine av package on nexus are broken so I was incapable of downloading them...I was surpised to see they were still in the SUM AV options...maybe disabling them will stop this.
  4. Ok, well im in the process of freshly installing and reprocessing all of skytest, av and immersive creatures. Â If this doesn't work guess ill be stuck playing with invisible wolves.
  5. I just noticed neovalent suggests using an older version of skytest...could this be the reason for my invisible wolf issue? Hmmm...:S
  6. Thanks dude, I'll give it a go. Â With the guidance of you guys I'm eliminating 1 problem at a time...too bad theres like 100 :S. Â The great news is it seems like My performance drops seem to be down to the mid 30s in certain areas (usually 50s); and my game is relatively stable. Â You guys were right about the new game. Â The only way to stop the book menu ctd was too start a new character...Ive done this about 6 times n the past 2 weeks; hopefully this will be the last. Â Cheers.
  7. Its Ice wolves and snow wolves that are invisible, must be either AV or ST. It turns out there not invincible either. Usually missing textures appear as blue silhouettes this is odd. Redownloading all the av packages and will attempt to repair it manually tomorrow. Thanks for all the input guys, cheers.
  8. Sorry about that, here you go. Â Ok so I started a new game and no ctd on book menu. Â But i keep getting attacked and killed by invisible wolves I cant see...looks like its an issue with Skytest...sigh.

Hey my friend, I've isolated my issue.  Haha,Im ctding whenever I go to my menu, books it looks like.  I just realized I ctd everytime I try to read a new book.  I honesty think I've ctd while in menu every single time.  Extremely odd...  Ill try a new game, if this doesn't work atleast I can focus my inquiries tomorrow.  Two other isolated bugs I noticed that were more entertaining then anything else.  -I was barbecuing bandits in a hallway while they were trying to rape me, when it was all said and done a burnt corpse began levitating and spiraling ina  ball smashing itself against the wall...insane -shorly after the corpse thing I fell into the ground and appeared behind the last few enemies lol These two glitches are not happening allot and appear to only be in that 1 cave.  Im going to start a new game hopefully it works out well.  Here is my boss log. file:///F:/BOSS%20v2.1.1%20Archive/Skyrim/BOSSlog.html
  10. Im still getting ctds every hour or so, its really puzzling. Â Im not ctding during cell transitions, my mem is not over flowing, i do think my fps should be higher than it is in certain areas (least of my worries), ive played smoothly through big battles with npcs with lots of magic, travelled from point to point fast on horse back with no real dips or anything to be concerned about, killed two dragons...none of these things cause ctds,. Â I just seem to ctd while idling checking menus or talking to ppl. Â I guess Ill have to get used to saving manually. Â If ctds continue after this I will try disabling dynavision...then my step after that will be to start a new game (it does see like the skse ini tweak does heal your game...but maybe its not bullet proof).
  11. Im going to try this auto save mod instead. Â The reason I think it was the old auto save mod is because it was configged to out of combat save every 10 minutes. Â In the cave Id kick whole sale ass for a long time, no problems. Â Then ill just be hanging around black smithing and the game closes. Â When the autosave did work it caused sharp hangs. Sharlikran is quite emphatic that you should not include leveled lists in your merged patch. He has a video giving a how-to and his thoughts on building a merged patch.Wrye Bash has some logic to handle actual conflicts in leveled lists (e.g., when different mods change a skill level); I don't think TES5Edit has this for the Merge Patch. I've found that the bashed patch usually, but not always, makes the same decision I would make when merging records. It might sometimes be necessary to manually create a small patch to load after the bashed patch to fix such problems. Wish I could use this information, heh the only experience I have with custom patches is via Neovalen word by word :(

  15. I just use sum for skyproc patches, it installs them in a certain order...I just always assumed it was correct. Â Interesting thing to think about though, I will look into it further when Im ready to do more testing. Â Would you mind posting your load order for me phazer11? Â It would be fun to see what a few of you guys are running an having success with. Â Cheers.
  16. none at all, im not using skyre either. Â My end load order is general patch, a myriad of sr compatability patches, merged patch-leveled list, bashed patch, sum patches+asis dependecy
  17. Ok, So i just fired it up. Â Ran from white run via horse to the same cave and fought a few baddies inside, no ctds no missing textures (only played for about 12 minutes or so thought). Â Ill be back in a few hours after more testing, but at least for now everything seems to be in order. Â Here is my updates load order. It's worth noting I removed leveled lists from the merged patch as I wanted it to be handled by the Bashed patch. I also did not use the deactivate esp option for the bashed patch because I have noticed it affects functionality of certain mods, at the very least it stopped auto unequip helmet from working. Active Mod Files: If anyone has more info on SKSE location and launch time from MO thatd be great. Â Cheers.
  18. OK Aiyen...looks like you were on to something with Immersive creatures. Â Checked my mod folder...it was empty, which is silly because I did use FOMOD the first time. Â Downloaded both of them again as per SR instructions with the second main file merging with the first...I noticed there was a picture of the axe wielding giant I saw an invisible version of in game lol. Â Well anyways I just checked my mod directory and Skyrim Immersive creatures is now populated :) Â cheers. Â

Also I have a sneaking suspicion this save game mod may have caused my ctd https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21695//?.  I remember in New Vegas, the game crashed because of the ingrained save system and as per gophers instructions I dld a third party one.  Maybe this isn't a good approach for skyrim?
  20. You guys are extremely helpful. Â Ok So what I have done is checked my av packages folder...it was missing a number of packages that were being populated by the list of the SUM installer. Â I transplanted all the missing packages and am about to run SUM again. Â I will not be installing Jaysus or Omegared99, thanks for the tip; they would be nice but both immersive gear packages are definitely enough. Â I truly love asis, now that I have enemy AI I will waive the ai features of asis but install it with immersive patrols encounter zones. Â I will keep what you have said in mind and be ready to get rid of it if I see excessive instability. Â I am going to try a merged patch, Â I have added about 15 esps since Skyrim Revisited (a MO profile I still have in tact, the 1 I am tampering with I call 'Skyrim Perfected'). Â Maybe the merged patch will handle the extra mods which is obviously excluded by all the little custom patches I have, that were made previous to the new mods'Â introduction to load order. Â I will also double check to see if immersive creatures is installed properly. Â cheers.
  21. One more thing; I have added Immersive armors and Immersive weapons to my SR because I feel they are 100% essential. Â Do you guys see any problems arising from trying to add Omegareds armor pack? Â How about the new Jaysus swords? Â Not very important, just figured I'd throw it out there.
  22. Hey guys. Â It's been a long road but I Have skyrim revisited with some additions installed. Â All day yesterday I was suffering memory related CTDS, until two members helped me with DDSOPT. Â I suffered one CTD last night in a cave. Â I ran around white run and horsed it from there to a cave so I am positive my mem related issues are over (mem peaks at 1800 now...incredible), the CTD was very disheartening though...seemed to be completely random as well. Â I have a few outstanding issues that I figured I would try to get some feedback on. 1. CTD - maybe I will try a merged patch; I realized when I hit generate FNIS for users there was 1 warning which said I had an outdated Skyrim...I ignored it...could this be a big problem? Â I also realized when doing all that weird TES5EDIT stuff for one entry in what I believe was "live an alternate life" the node turned red from green after following instructions...I sincerely hope if something went wrong there it wouldn't ruin my entire game...could it? Â Could my random CTD issue (I experienced 1 in about an hour of running around testing DRAM usage) just be a by product of trying to continue an old save (I did do the SKSE clear invalidation entry as instructed)? 2. Extremely long skse launch from mod organizer - When you look at my load order you will realize I have Skyrim linked to the skyrim folder rather than the Mod organizer/mods folder...could this be the reason? 3. Invisible giant with purple axe - I'm fairly certain I know the cause for this. Â I optimized the entire Mod organizer/mods folder at 1 time then transferred it over...I have a back up of all the original files though. Â I am thinking of copying over the original automatic variant packs over again should fix this? 4. Really wanting to add ASIS back to my load order, if anyone has any experience with ASIS for Skyrim revisited and used in conjuction with enhanced enemy ai I would love to hear it Thanks guys, cheers Active Mod Files:
  23. Guys. Â Problem solved :D Â I optimized the entire folder. Â Once it was extracted I removed water/patches/enhanced blood etc. Â Looks the exact same, now my DRAM usage wont really get higher than 1800. Â Its incredible really. Â I ran around white run, jumped outside a few times, ran around solitude, windhelm and a couple of shops. Â Not one texture glitch and 1800 was the ceiling. Â I knew it was just a matter of me missing one small yet crucial step...and to think I was about to quit lol. Â Now all I need to do is trouble shoot extremely long launch times from Mod Organizer and low fps. Â Cheers guys.
  24. Ok so I have set compressed resolution to 1024*1024. Â I am now optimizing all the dds files from Mods Organizer/mods again. Â Should take a very long time, but I will let you guys know how it works out tomorrow. Â Cheers, I truly feel this is probably the reason nothing was actually being optimized lol...
  25. No I am not change my constraints, omg...I think weve found our culprit...I am going to give it a try!!!! :D Â Ill let you guys know how it works.
