  1. Hey guys.  I've been a member of this site for months now and a number of you have been extremely helpful.  I am sure you can click my name and see my past posts to get a sense of the issues I have been struggling with.  Ultimately I cannot get my game stable, something always ruins it in the end; I have tried for a quarter of a year now.  Anyways I clearly am incapable of achieving the great stable game a number of you guys are enjoying.  Right now I think the only course of action I have left is to state desired mods and request load order examples from you guys that I can try to copy; this will be the guideline for my last attempt (serious this time) at modding Skyrim.  -Skyre -Asis -Immersive Patrols -Skytest (light or full whatever works) -Cloaks -Winter is coming -Wet and cold -automatic variants -Immersive weapons and armour -High level enemies -Immersive creatures -Dragon combat overhaul Yes I have read Irohas Asis and Skyre guide; while I did achieve stable combat at one point I would randomly freeze in the environment anyway (more freezes/ctds than 1 can be comfortable with).   I have a VERY powerful PC, I have achieved script latecy of under 50, my system memory and video memory remain at very safe levels, this past week I have gone on a massive mod purging (currently under 160 with half of my esps being patches); doesn't matter Skyrim crashes and freezes consistenly.  If any of you have builds accommodating a number of my favorite mods It would be a great help if you would just post your mod list and maybe give a little explanation. Thanks guys
  2. I have two major gripes with Mod Organizer. Â The difficulty it has to run sum and how long it takes to load skse. Â The SUM problem is a much larger issue than how long it takes to load. Â I will list the myriad of issues SUM gives me, predominantly with AV. -completely fails to process and get blank error message -processes AV but then sails "failed to run AV continue patching" -error message when starting SUM saying "sum failed to allocate 750mb from OS please lower", of course lowering the memory does absolutely nothing -Everything goes according to plan but in game AV packages are not in effect and most creatures are blue -processes AV but then gives blank error message which I must close, which then usually crashes java -Extremely slow, takes around a half an hour or more depending on the errors I get I will list a few things I have down to rectify my SUM problems, they only marginally aided anything. -consolidated all AV packages into in MO AV MOD folder -Tried both 64 bit and 32 bit versions of Java -Tried raising Mem allowed by OS (this is glitchy beyond belief) The only thing I can think of to solve my problem is this -Put Sum program in mod directory of MO; then merged all skyproc sections from Asis, Reproccer, Dual sheath redux, and Automatic variants in the SUM Folder in MO. I know there have been past SUM posts but I have checked 2 or 3 and have found no solution. Â If anyone knows what to do please let me know.
  3. Lol, So i actually experienced 2 ctds running from white run to ivarstead. Â Both when animals appeared, first time a deer second time a saber tooth cat. Â Funny thing is on the same trip I was able to fight 3 dragons at the same time (weak ruddy aspfangs) without a ctd/freeze or even bad fps. Â Im reverting to the light version of skytest without new spawn points. Â Hopefully this is it. My script latecncy and pap conflicts are in good order. Â Don't understand it...as always.
  4. K so I tried the latency test like u said. Â It appears my game is really healthy script wise. Â It hums between 30-45 most of the time; the most I have ever seen it hit was 60. Â I crashed twice while recording latency and it seems to have stopped once I turned it off.
  5. I see. On a side note lets talk ENB for awhile. Do you use Realvision? I used the Realvison ENB 2.09 version prior to 2.14. 2.09 was absolutely incredible, 2.14 is still good but it has a very different look to me, colours are very saturated. I am not sure if it is Realvision design change or if it is the fact that ENB is moving away from SMAA and towards FXAA. Have you noticed this?
  6. Oh cool. Do you mean the script test from convenient horses? I think my latest batch of mod releases did allot for my game. I didn't notice much errors in my pap log either. So far on this new save no ctds yet.
  7. Lol is it strange? I just got the suggested uncapper ini for skyre straight off the skyre page. anyways I havent ctds on this new game yet but I turned papyrus log on. If these errors mean anything to you that would be really helpful. Cheers
  8. I certainly am here is my uncapper ini. also here is my newest load order, I've cut allot of mods. Active Mod Files:
  9. Yeh I use the newest version of Realvision and ENB 2.14. Â All of my textures have been well Ddsopted. Â Im essentially trying to get all the mods you had working together except Monster Mod (I use Immersive Creatures).
  10. Yeh I happily axed frost fall and realistic needs and a few others. Â Im thinking of switching Skytest with the Light Version of it. If something has to go it'll be automatic variants; as much as I lu it it even gives me troubles in sum. Â The strange thing is that my crashes recently have been just 100% random when Im running around not on combat. Â Ive had some really intense battles thanks to EFF, Immersive patrols, skytest and asis; no in combat freezes or ctds for awhile =/
  11. Random crashes. I removed asis and skytest and had my game stable. It felt really dull. Was hoping to get some info on what mods to exclude from as is patching.
  12. I am going to try adding deadly dragons, dragon combat overhaul - dragonborn, and bellyaches new dragon species to my exclusions. Another thing I was thinking of doing but not sure about yet was adding my high level enemy esps to exclusions. Anyone think this would be a good idea?
  13. Just found out about a bunch of qotsafans skyre patches. Hopefully things go well. I removed realistic needs and diseases and I didn't have a ctd in 25-30 min of playing, woohoo right? Still, seems more stable.
  14. Yes I played without Skytest, while my game was stable it was so dull man. Its incredible being stalked and surrounded by wolves, accidentally stumbling on to a sabtertooth mama and then getting eaten lol. I went back to it after I figured I couldn't bear its absence. Losing it again would suck, I'd much rather get rid of AV (which is also incredible). I pretty much restart my game every time I do some mod reshuffling man. This must be my 100th new game in the past 2-3 months; I am probably losing my sanity slowly. Ok I wont bother with Skyre script fix but you said something about Skyre needing a number of fixes not found on nexus, care to elborate? Thank you.
  15. I have something called Skyre script fix I downloaded (not on nexus). Â That I stopped using because I thought it contributed to instability, should I try it again? Â Do you use this?
  16. Here is my current exclusion list for asis Here is my current Load order. Â Should anything else from this list be included in the above list? Active Mod Files:
  17. If I'm going to remove any mods it'll most likely be Realistic needs and AV. I already removed frostfall. I am going to look into Asis exclusions a little bit more. Hopefully I can get more advice on asis/skyre/skytest compatability; if not I guess ill have to remove Skytest again...*sighs. I really want to know if I should be using the unofficial patches or not. Also I have been trying EFF because apparently it's more compatible than AFF (although astronomically inferior). Â Is it really that much better? Â I'm still getting ctds.
  18. I know that your not supposed to include skyproc patch esps in the bashed patch, but is there anything else?  Neovalen does not mention anything to un-select so I was hoping to get feedback from ppl who aren't plagued by random ctds; what did you exclude from your bashed patch if anything?  I use Skyre, Asis and Skytest and I consider them essential mods.  I actually got my game stable by removing asis and skytest; came back to them when I decided Skyrim isn't worth it without.  I have gone though great pains to make Skyre and Asis as compatible as they possible can be.  I will list what I have done. 1. I followed gophers Skyre installation instructions here   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UfR2Sts6jXM  (all 4 steps) 2. I downloaded an unofficial Skyre patch and I use it for every Skyre module I have activated.  https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37605/?tab=4&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D37605%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D1023464&pUp=1  (could this possible be an issue?) 3. I downloaded Asis Skyre patch inis here  https://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38238//? Are the unofficial Skyre patches untrustworthy?  Do any of you have these three mods working in harmony?  What worked for you?  Are any of you using the Asis Skyre patch ini?  Has anyone solved random ctds by getting rid of realistic needs and diseases or automatic variants (seems resource heavy and buggy, its even a pain in the ass to patch)? The weird thing about my most recent ctds is that they seem to be while just walking around...I've been in some really intense fights thanks to asis, immersive patrols, skytest and extensible follower framework without issue =/
  19. Was hoping to get a comprehensive list from numerous replies on which popular mods should be put on the asis exclusion list for patching. Â If anyone has experience pls let me know.
  20. Figures, Aiyens pretty great.
  21. This sounds like it'll work. Â Thanks allot man.
  22. Ok...whatever benefit you get from using a sum merged patch can't be worth this stress. /thread
  23. I just used the Java link on the sum page. Â I will try both the 64 and 32 bit versions i guess.
  24. The previous issue has been handled. Â Now its just AV refuses to work Under SUM in MO. Â I either get blank error messages which crash java, or I get a message saying AV failed to run and do I want to continue. Â I am thinking of reorganizing my MO directory so all the skyproc patch mods are in the same folder as SUM; other than that I have 0 ideas. Â Help.
  25. I am using Skyre Reproccer in my SUM. Â To utilize the merged patch feature which I hear solves issues; I need to change an ESM of reproccerdragonborn.esp; I need to switch it from Reproccer.esp to SUM.esp (reason being after the SUM merged patch reproccer.esp wont exist/not be used anymore. Â When ever I try to switch it from reproccer.esp to SUM.esp (I navigate through MY MO directory to get to SUM.esp in the 'overwrite' folder) I get the following error message "File must be selected from oblivion date files directory". Â Help.
