Skyrim Revisited: Legendary Edition News

I read where a solution was given to you; however, if you still want Revamped Alchemy Lab HD v1.02 that's in the guide I uploaded it for you HERE. -
Just had to throw my opinion on this one. I like Bijin's for the face and skin tint, and Warmaiden's for the hair. However, there is something in the look of the Warmaiden's one which on first look made me go, "Damn she's Hot"! Maybe it's not skin tint but a layer of soot, dirt, sun, and heat that has darkened her skin in that one. I'm with Darth, toss a coin and use the one that wins!!!

Yes, DarkLadyLexy, that is where it goes

For Anyone getting the White Screen of Death...
Kneph13 replied to Kneph13's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Ok, I did a reinstall of nVidia 364.72 I started up Skyrim and it ran fine. I checked Control Panel for installed mods. There was Vulkan Run-Time Libraries. However instead of both the earlier versions (1.0.3.0 and 1.0.8.0) there was only one, Version 1.0.5.1. Apparently one of those versions was faulty and they rolled back, or this is a complete new one. Thank you for your input, I certainly don't want to put bad information out there. -

I never use express install. All I need is the graphics driver and the physics one (which hasn't been updated in a long time). I have no need for the other stuff. I will try a reinstall of the latest and see if the problem returns. -
For Anyone getting the White Screen of Death...
Kneph13 posted a topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
.....since the last two Nvidia driver updates!!! Folks, the last two Nvidia driver updates have installed new Run-time Library Versions 1.0.3.0 and 1.0.8.0 called Vulkan which are supposed to be similar to OpenGL and Directx. They are also evolved versions of AMD's Mantle API. As soon as these were installed on my system, I started getting White Screens and crashes when trying to run Skyrim. At first I thought it was on my end and removed all of my over-clocks. Still got a white screen. I ran several hardware check programs which all said my system was operating normally. My next thought was that something in Skyrim got corrupted. I backed up everything I added on; MO and the like, uninstalled and reinstalled a complete Skyrim from scratch, after first attempting the validate files check in STEAM. Still got white screen when attempting to start Skyim. So after two days of head scratching (and pointless work) I check my files in Control Panel and saw the two newly added files installed by the Nvidia Updates. Google searches yielded answers to leave them alone and what they were. I removed them and rolled back my Nvidia Driver to version to 362.00. Guess what? I now have a working version of Skyrim. I hope this helps someone! -
I was unable to determine what active effect Eldawyn had on her at the time. When I pulled her up in console all I got were dialogue options and a couple of other things. Nothing related to active or magical effects. I did go to the Temple of Kynereth and used the remove unwanted effects shrine installed by USLEEP. When I returned to the Bannered Mare, the effect was removed from Eldawyn. So "maybe" this fixed it. Time will tell. Thanks for the suggestions people, it seems with your help I was able to find a possible solution to this problem. Scott

Well, 36 views and no ideas hmm? Well I'm using STEP Extended now with some mods from SRLE and some from SRLEX. I've reinstalled Interesting NPC's and it did not fix the problem. It appears to be some sort of Cloak spell gone haywire. I have Apocalypse, Lost Grimore, and Phenderix. Ive looked for conflicts in TESV Edit in all three of those and can't find any there. I loaded up 3DNPC in TESV Edit too and looked at Eldawyn and I cannot find a conflict there, but she does have flame cloak as a listed spell, but I saw no conflict there either. So I am at a loss. If anyone has ideas, I'd appreciate a response. *EDIT* No it is not a lighting issue. It's a glowing blob that surrounds just her. When I entered the Bannered Mare there she was in all her glowing Aetherial beauty dancing to that ***** hound Bard's latest rendition. LoL

This was posted by Velgus over on a reddit subforum. I found it by googling vividian enb and nighteye. This procedure worked for me when I was using Vividian ENB Enable your source of the Nighteye effect in game (preferably in a dark area that's hard to see without it) (Optional) Open the console so your character doesn't swing around and do silly things during the next few steps Open the ENB menu in-game (default Shift+Enter) Open the "ENBEFFECT.FX" settings section under "Shader Parameters" Under the "Advanced Nighteye" section, lower the "Enable Sensitivity" value in intervals of 0.01 until you notice the Nighteye effect turns on (for my personal setup using Vividian, the exact value is 1.74 with the default settings in Predator Vision) Click "Save Configuration" Close the ENB menu (again, Shift+Enter) Enjoy your working Nighteye with VividianNote: You can also fool around with how the Nighteye effect "looks" visually (eg. make it more black & white, or saturated, or whatever you want) by fooling around with the other settings for Nighteye in the "ENBEFFECT.FX" settings. I personally like mine to be fairly desaturated.

I am reinstalling at this time. I currently have a full SRLE with STEAM, all utilities etc, and Mod Organizer and MO Mods folder on the drive. My MO Downloads folder is on a separate drive and I'm sitting at 80 gb. I'll update this with an edit when I get done if you'd like.

Just a note to new users and updaters of SRLE and SRLE Extended. At the moment, the new link to CACO_SIC_WT_Comb_Patch.esp on the SRLE page is currently only showing a bunch of text and symbols and not linking to the actual new patch. ++Edit++ Never mind a fix is listed on the SRLE Pre-Release forum HERE:https://forum.step-project.com/topic/1209-skyrim-revisited-pre-release-feedback/page-475?do=findComment&comment=159872

One Question. What game difficulty level do you recommend with all the difficulty mods we have added in? Early game, adept is just way too easy and I have bumped it up to expert. Just wondering what you two recommend.

SRLE Extended Mod Suggestions
Kneph13 replied to Darth_mathias's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
Darth, Cerwiden looks really cool and cstarky46 said she was bada**. I don't like Vilya's voice either, but the interaction with Inigo was what drew my attention. Khajiit with a dog follower? It's exactly what I am doing now, I created Darla the nightblade tonight. I'm gonna try Garn out. and maybe merge some stealth mods for animal companions into him if necessary. Yes DeserterX;s mods are just too cool. Bodyslide was just a thought. I was looking for more mods to merge and saw navmeshes too and I remembered from Sharlikran's video "Do not touch". LoL I'm gonna be quiet for a few days and just play, I've been modding all week. -
Can't Enter Markarth without crashing
Kneph13 replied to sparta125's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
You need to enable papyrus logs in your skyrim ini. read the log and at the very bottom you should find which mod is causing your issue. If you don't know how to do this google it , you find many posts on how. -
Go to Page 74 of the SRLE Extended forum entry and read posts #1097 and #1098. I think that will help you.

I have a full SRLE +SRLE Extended set up at this time with a few added mods of my own (most of them do not have esps though) and I'm setting at 248 esp/esm's. That is 7 short of the esp/esm limit. You can remove UNPB Redux and install CBBE (and Bodyslide 2 + Outfit Studio if you do) if you don't want bouncing breasts and bottoms you can uninstall the HDT related mods too. Install the skeleton/body/skin mesh etc that you want, check the right pane of Mod Organizer and look for a missing master error in the SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution patch. If there isn't one you are good to go. If there is, you will have modify the Conflict Resolution patch yourself so it will work. If you don't know how to do Conflict Resolution, watch Sharlikrans video here. Also do as Neovalen said in his SRLE guide and open his Conflict Resolution Patch in TES5Edit use it as a guide and go to his Conflict Resolution Page and try and make the patch yourself so you will learn how to do it. It's what I am doing, because SRLE Extended has a few mods I can do without, but removing them throws the CR Patch missing master error. The SRLE Extended mod authors Darth_mathias and DarkLadyLexy helped me. I passing it forward. Hope this helps you.

Texture Optimization is a must I believe, if you haven't done it you should. Another option that is easy to use is Texture Optimizer.

SRLE Extended Mod Suggestions
Kneph13 replied to Darth_mathias's topic in Skyrim Revisited (retired)
I have a couple more suggestions Darth_mathias. 1. Seeing as how cstarkey46 went ahead and made Fading Pride mods for Cerwiden and Vilya (who interacts with Inigo by design) why not go ahead and add them? 2. For those of us who want an animal (dog) follower, how about Garn the Husky? 3. Since we have UNPB Redux with HDT-BBP and Merta Assassin Armor which is one of many awesome character armors by DerserterX, what about Bodyslide 2 and Outfit studio? Ive been reading up on it and it can convert armors to UNPB using the included CBBE or UUNP body types as a base and are included in the mod. I realize we are approaching the mod limit and don't have a lot of room without some serious mod merges or personally selected temporary deletions and custom cr's, but I thought I'd throw these out there for your consideration. -
Yes it did! Thanks so much to the both of you! *hugs*

I have looked over his CR and I have watched that video. What I don't understand is some of the terminology (I'll use yours as an example) 1. 0007C932 ClothesMGRobesArchmage Conflict Resolution - Use record from Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp.Problem Resolved - Changes from Clothing clutter fixes needed to be forwarded. Which record in the C&C Fixes.esp? there is a whole column of them and where is it forwarded too? 2. 0010F570 ClothesMGRobesArchmage1Hooded Conflict Resolution - Use Record from CollegeOfWinterholdImmersive.esp then move BOD2 - Biped Body Template from Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp and the KWDA - Keyword from Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp and the DATA - Data from Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp DNAM - Armor Rating from Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp.Problem Resolved - changes from USLEEP and Clothing and Clutter Fixes needed to be merged with the Immersive College of Wintehold.Lets see if I understand this right. You open up CoWI.esp, you take the BOD2 entry from USLE Patch and the KWDA keyword entry from C&CF.esp and data-data entry from C&CF.esp and the DNAM-Armor Rating from C&CF.esp and place them in the corresponding boxes of CoWI.esp. Is that correct? ...and Do you replace that whole column the entries are in or only the single cell block entry? This is where I get confused. Thank you guys for your help and patience. ~Edit~ I did rewatch Sharlikrans vid again this evening. It helped but he doesn't use the same terms. I just want to make sure I'm in the right ballpark. Scott

Yes, I noted that Neo did often change things. I have SRLE Base and STEP 2.9.2.2 on seperate profiles, I assumed that you two did the same with extended. LOL I'm spending all my time recently updating and changing things and no play time!! As you said, "Welcome to Modding"!!! LoL At least I'm getting a good education. Now if I can only figure out how to do the conflict resolution myself....I don't understand the terminology (and it's probably not as hard as I believe it to be) but I'll save my questions on that for another day. :)

Hello again good sir and madam mod authors, Just wondering if you noticed the new update to DynDOLOD 1.47? Updating according to the referenced post on the mod page makes it sound like a nightmare. You have to download FO4Edit, which is an updated TES5Edit but named for Fallout 4 and change the name, and then download the DynDOLOD update and go through what looks like (but may not be) a complicated process to complete the update. I'm just wondering if you are going to update or stick with 1.46? Also I did a version check in MO and there are about 10-12 mods that have been updated in last couple of days that are used in SRLE-Extended. Jeez, what a nightmare.
