  1. At least I think I didn't mess that up about NSUTR... we'll see later.
  2. Well I'll be... I just looked into Neo's guide and guess what. Those missing .nif from NSUTR... apparently he uses the meshes from Stunning Statues of Skyrim and says to rename the respective filenames with the *snow.nif. BUT what he also says and I missed it, is to put them in the meshes\prometheus\architecture\statuessnow folder!! For crying out loud!! I just renamed the files and left them in their original folder! That's why they're reported missing. If that's the case, I'll start hitting my head on my keyboard! As for the Chimneys the installation is pretty straightforward without many options enabled but I will re-install it just in case.
  3. Will do. Thanks for the info. I will look into those from NSUTR and the Chimneys. I'm at work now and I'll do some digging when I return home. Do I need to rebuild the DynDOLOD everytime I remove files from the load order? From the bare minimum I mean.
  4. Everything is loose files. I have no BSAs in the MO mods folder. No idea why it says there're not there. The various textures/meshes replacers were carefully selected by Neovalen so I trust in his judgement that they work well with DynDOLOD. The same happens even with a new game. Yes. What object do you mean? I don't see anything in front of me when it happens. Plain road and CTD :P
  5. I always unpack BSAs in MO but I don't merge them if I can help it. I like the freedom to disable certain optional packages at will. Also I use the optimized textures for the DLCs and Vanilla and they are unpacked. Do you think the vanilla causes problems if it's unpacked? If so, I will disable the optimized version altogether and try. What do you mean by "required" mods? The SR profile has almost 400 mods in total. Which are the required mods you mean? To be honest I don't have the patience to run the script for every mod in order to eliminate them - it takes ~30-40 minutes each time and there are a LOT of mods involved....
  6. https://mega.nz/#!FV...7H0SMW90hL8bGgc I posted it in the Edit I made ;)
  7. Did you get the TES log too?
  8. The files are here: https://mega.nz/#!5JgEgaoA!XAR1MO91jrxe91FY-p6FGOtsbLu1GJS2SDZN_1SCs4U I'll post the TES4Edit log later because I used the Skysight mod to rebuild it. I'm now re-running the script with the original setup. Edit: And here is the TES log:https://mega.nz/#!FVQQQQjb!P6jbVyglo0xxVr2OKlgDepxflc8L7H0SMW90hL8bGgc
  9. Nah same issue with Skysight - Simply Bigger Trees mod. Something else must be clogging it...
  10. Other meshes you say? I have installed the 'Skyrim Bigger Trees' mod on top of SR guide 'cause I feel Skyrim trees are way too tiny for such an ancient land. Then I ran the scripts from DynDOLOD to make the LODs. Do you think this mod's meshes could cause CTDs in these locations? However no CTDs in all other locations, especially in Falkreath where there are tons of trees. I will try using the Simply bigger trees mod from Skysight just to take this out of the equation. Hope you manage to find something in those files I uploaded.
  11. Yes these are the very last lines of the log file. The CTD reproduces even with a new game, I tried both locations with tgm and speedmult to speed over there and tested it. I tested without the StorageUtilData but the .esp active and it still crashes in these locations. Here are the files you requested: https://mega.nz/#!5JgEgaoA!XAR1MO91jrxe91FY-p6FGOtsbLu1GJS2SDZN_1SCs4U I tried also without the meshes from the DynDOLOD mod and still crashes. I disable it completely - but keep the after script folders - and it doesn't.
  12. Oh you mean about the .esp when you said nobody's forcing you etc. Sorry my bad Anyway, I attach my papyrus.log's last few seconds as it was generated when I CTDed the game. Hope it helps.
  13. I didn't find any missing nif as per the readme instructions. What do you mean "nobody's forcing me to use anything from DynDOLOD"? Mods are there to use as people please, nobody's forcing me or anyone else to use them. That doesn't mean that fixing errors/helping people who encounter errors is not called by the mod's creator when the occasion arises. Still I get CTDs, they're not caused by memory shortage or any .nif files missing. The papyrus log showed several of the mentioned lines to look for and disabled each .nif but the CTD never disappeared. It disappears when I disable the whole mod in MO. No idea what to do next. So I guess I'll leave it disable and just use the scripts' output folders. At least I don't get CTDs...
  14. Thank you both, I posted a question in his thread. If I get an answer I will post it here also for future reference.
  15. Hi Sheson, I've been having some issues with DynDOLOD and I'd like your feedback on it. I'm using the SR:LE guide by Neovalen to mod Skyrim and followed the guide to the letter. I've been playing Skyrim crash free 99% of the time but I stumbled into two 100% CTD areas yesterday. One of them was on the road leading from Morthal towards Stonehills just before reaching the latter village. The other was on the road leaving Dragonbridge from the SE gate just before the first fork on the left. In those places I get 100% CTD no matter what I do. Even a brand new game crashes. I narrowed it down to DynDOLOD because when I disabled the .esp and output folders (textures & worlds) the CTDs stopped in those areas. I remade DynDOLO as per the instructions to update, and used Medium settings instead of High thinking it might be too high but still the problem remained. Both times the scripts finished without errors, except those "missing textures" for trees/bushes but I read that is normal and should be ignored. As a workaround I disabled the DynDOLOD mod in MO but kept the output folders active. No more CTDs this way and the LODs are still OK. Do you know what could be causing the CTDs when the .esp is active in MO? Do I need to have it active for some reason? Edit: Also my heap memory stats are 512 (768 in SKSE) and 256. At the time of the CTD the amount is well below 512 at 440 and around 180 for the other. Will increasing them make any difference?
  16. How can I contact Sheson? I managed to make a workaround: By disabling the DynDOLOD.esp altogether but at the same time keeping the created Textures and Worlds active in the MO load order, the problem seems to be fixed and at the same time keeping the LODs pretty decent. What could the .esp be useful for I've no idea...
  17. Hello people. So I've been running around Skyrim for a while now - crash free 99% of the time which is awesome - and I stumbled to some specific-point CTDs. First encounter was on the road from Morthal towards Dawnstar before you reach the village of Stonehills. The game CTDs no matter what I do right at that specific point on the main road. Second encounter was on leaving Dragonbridge from the NW exit heading towards Solitude. Just before you reach the first fork on the left that leads to the temple of Meridia, bam CTD. I tried running a new game, TGMed to these places and it CTDs no matter what I do, which ever direction I approach. After tampering around with the mods, I realized that DynDOLOD is the culprit. Thinking that the HIGH preset was too much for my PC, I recreated it (as per the instructions) to MEDIUM detail. No change. When I disabled it completely, the CTDs at these locations were magically gone!! However that left the game without any decent LODs and things in the background look a bit -icky. Can someone help me on this one? What part of DynDOLOD can cause specific place CTDs???
  18. I myself had this issue, however there was no duplicate SKSE.ini in any mod or game folder. I fixed this by getting the SSME mod. Problem solved. I even tried 1GB and 512KB values.
  19. Yeah I thought so. However tattoos are overlays so they should be able to write over whatever texture you place on the character. I'm not 100% sure of that though.
  20. Nevermind. It seems the DynDoLod didn't update the save correctly hence the crashes. They're gone now.
  21. I played around with the different options in the favored soul meshes and saw that the only way to get nude males with tattoos on, was to select the any of the Body Hair types from the sub-folder for "uncircumsized textures". The regular ones at the root of the optional files don't seem to work :/
  22. Indoors is 60 for me too, however outdoors I get an average of ~40. Thanks for the feedback!
  23. You can't be crash free in Skyrim. The game engine is a bit wonky and crashes even on vanilla. You can limit crashes a lot with Ssme mod by setting the memory blocks to higher values. Apparently the setting in the guide alone doesn't do the trick.
  24. I had the same errors and my skyrim.ini was created per the guide. However the script works fine and no weird messages appear ingame
  25. Out of curiosity what fps does the 980ti give you??
