  1. In the "Generate LODs" section, it's specified: I use zip instead of 7z, but unless MO handles those archives differently, I can't get it to recognize the contents unless it's in a 'textures' folder.
  2. Sorry, I should have mentioned I'm using Mod Organizer with Skyrim, and it's recomended to use back-date over AI. https://wiki.step-project.com/Mod_Organizer I forgot to enable "back-date BSAs" when I initially installed MO. I'm wondering whether this is something that absolutely needs to be enabled prior to installing mods, or if it can be toggled on and off whenver. Like, how does it function?
  3. If you mean around 3:00 minutes, that's likely raising the Shadow Map Resolution in skyrimprefs.ini. I find 8192 to be sharp enough without causing much of a drop in FPS. Your computer might be able to handle more. Setting fShadowDistance lower can also sharpen shadows. Unfortunately it also reduces the distance at which they are drawn, a tradeoff which might be acceptable for you. Some more info here - https://forum.step-project.com/topic/3758-shadow-optimization/ Using a barebones ENB preset could also help. It includes a few shadow fixes, and an option to slightly sharpen and blur the shadows to reduce the blocky effect you get at lower resolutions.
  4. I've done quite a bit of searching but there's not much information about this feature. Does anyone know exactly what it does? As far as I can tell, Archive Invalidation creates a BSA that does something or other. I imagine this can be done at any time. Maybe. But I'm not sure how to go about using "back-date" after I've installed a number of mods. Do I: Just enable itUntick all mods, then enable itStart over, and enable it
