To reduce the size of my textures files so my game uses less memory, and you basically answered my question n this single post :P and my video card has 6gb, too bad two video cards vram don't stack otherwise it would be 12gb!!! :o I truly am thankful to you step guys, you guys are so helpful and willing. My vid card has 6gb and it isn't just all my 2k and 4k textures it is also tons of mods lol My heap space runs out of memory. Both my blokcs fill up and my game will CTD. It's not a mod conflict just skyrim using all the memory it can. my specs windows 10 sli gtx 980 ti i7 6700k processor 32gb ram

I have TONS of high res textures, and my memmory in skyrim is full atm even with skse and enb boost and I'm hoping to free up some space. Also I read the guide on how to do this like 3 times and it is still super confusing to me :(

I'll try that and see how it works. Quick question, if my heap space is close to full at the beginning of a new game does that mean I will CTD once I progress further in the game as my save file gets bigger?

hey guys. After installing this, I am getting CTD's to where as I didn't before. was wondering if anyone can help me with this. I have this in my the last of my load order as it said it's suppose to be. I'm thinking maybe it's because I have DSR installed and the DSR patch needs to be on the end maybe? because I know it says to run the dual sheath proccer everytime you install or remove a mod. If anyone can help that would be great thanks. I'm 100% this is a mem related issue btw, and yes My mem patch is working I checked it. I also followed the dyndolod vid instructions to the t while installing. I honestly don't think it's the mod causing the ctd but running out of memory. I do have shenson's mem patch installed but I am using sooooooooo mannnnyyyy mods lol.(300+) Is there anyway I can make the mem patch use more memmory?

Can anyone help me with this? Surely there has to be a how to manage the load order of the merged plugins somewhere :o

Does this guide also work for enbs? I'm wondering if I can squeeze a lil performance out of my system but I highly doubt it. Even with a super high end rig and only playing on 1080p a heavily modded skyrim will dip down to 30fps at times.

Haha for sure, I Just remember reading loot doesn't sort merged plugins for load order so im kinda confused how how to maintain a good load order. Also my bad lol I'm just impatient as I start my new job on Thursday so I wont have as much time to keep modding my game, and testing for trials and error. Been modding my game for about 3 weeks so far, and everything is pretty stable. Also my second 980 comes in on wednesday so I want to try to get my game somewhat ready before then.

Bro even with my super High end specs I sometimes drop down into 35fps. That's just how skyrim is going to be if you're going to heavily mod it.

I read the faq page on the merge script nexus link, and even watched a tut vid on it and I understand how to merge but Im a little confused on load order. How do I maintain good load order while merging mods? Im finally at that point where im at 255 mods and it's time to start merging. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

How would I give it info on the masterfile? update masterlist?

So I know Loot fixes most of your load order, I actually had to move somethings around to stop my game from CTDING at start up. My question is though is it okay for your load order to be messy? for example not grouped by type? just all over the place. Here is an example of my messy load order configured by loot.

I fixed it. I had all the mods installed, I didn't realize amidian born content add on was the only mod I needed instead of them all.

I have all those mods installed but er shield shows up as purple. Im trying to find out why. I installed the mmissing textures but it still wont show up.

I downloaded and installed admidian born book of silence. I also installed the missing textures for the skyforge bow, arrows and shield. this fixed aelas bow and arrow but for some reason ria is still missing her shield it is purple. can anything think of what would the culprit would be?

There is a tree clipping with one of the mods I have installed, and I need to find the form id so I can delete the tree with tes edit. I'm using etac and leafrest and it's compatible but a tree clips in with the bath and it looks ugly. I can disable it in console everytime but id rather just delete it. I clicked on the tree and this is the ref if 19990773, but I need the form id. Anyone to find the form id of the tree? thanks.

will do. Sadly I cant test this right now because the new version of MO's add exectuable is not working right now. I will have to test when they fix it.

well you just saved me from buying a 980ti for the extra 2 gigs lol. With only the texture mods from the realvsion enb page and realvision installed my game still ctd's every so often. Is that normal? and an extra 980 wont increase performance what so ever? im getting like 30-40 fps and would like if I at least got 45 minimum. my sys specs gpu:980 gtx cpu:i7 3770k 32 gig ram

Can random CTD's becaused by not enough vram? I have a gtx 980 which only has 4 gigs of vram, and I was using skyrim performance monitor and my game sometimes goes to 4.5 gigs of vram. Can this be an issue? and if it is will a second 980 in my computer help? I really don't want to buy a 980 ti for the extra memmory but if I have to I will

I did this and verdant grass plugin was winning the conflict. I put bluecreek.esp at the top of my load order and now everything is working fine. Cheers mate.

I found out it is bluecreek estate. I'm 100% sure it shouldn't conflict with any of my other mods but for some reason it is the cause of my ctd. I am going to try to play with my load order.
