Tried Changing the resolution on the Skyrim Launcher (Non MO) And Manually and the Skyrim Launcher (MO) But even I change it,the resolution is still the same.
-
Checked the resolution,it can display 1280x768 or so.
-
I meant that even I changed the resolution,It still in 1366x720 display even though I changed it in the Skyrim Launcher (Ran from MO) and even the ini settings.
-
Okay, tried changing resolution to 1280x720 but when I run it (I use MO.) It still has the resolution of 1366x720!
-
Even if I do that,it shows the same fps it shows me when I was playing before

Tried Both the Realvision ENB's Full and performance version,Vividian ENB and Bleak ENB (Gaming Version) But they both have the same FPS 15 or so.
-
I can run Skyrim on Ultra on a steady 40 fps,but when I use an ENB it drops down to 15fps,is it normal and I should give up on using ENB's?
