  1. Basic testing on my part is good so far. Runs the game, uploads from Nexus, installs and activates mods appropriately. Obviously have not put it through it's paces fully. Getting a weird message about a C++ error in python code on star-up.
  2. I'll just chime in here, but considering the horsepower of the above posters I'm sure I'm out of my depth. I would love to be able to use MO straight from the start of FO4, but given the current limitations mentioned above, it is unlikely. Now... does Tannin have some big announcement upcoming? My heart would love to say, "YES, PLEASE!" But, my brain tells me that just like the guys at Silverlock.org, he has to wait to see the game files/structure fully before work can begin. So for the time being, we'll have to "make do" with NMM.
  3. After testing most of the solutions you've mentioned, and a few more, I found that OneTweak really does deliver. For full disclosure: I liked Virusek's OneTweak for Skyrim so much, I worked with him to get it adapted for FNV and FO3 and hosted them under my name on the Nexus.
  4. Just a little forward thinking here... With the release of Fallout 4 this November, it got me to thinking about using MO to mod it eventually. I'm wondering how it's going to work, if at all, considering MO only works for 32bit applications. It has been just about confirmed that FO4 will be 64bit, so therefore I ask: Are we going to see a new MO for 64bit also? I'm no computer expert, so I wanted ask here, where the MO experts reside.
  5. If I may add my two cents on this... I have found that LOOT botches the load order pretty badly when PerMa is thrown in the mix. I generally follow Raulfin's load order suggestions on the PCaPP page under Forums>FAQs, but with a few adjustments. If you look at his suggested load order, read down to "All other ESPs", all mods that I have shown above that point (i.e. Apocalypse and up) I lock the load order after placing them in the order suggested by Raulfin. I will run the external LOOT to re-order things, but because I locked the important stuff at the top, "All other ESPs" will be ordered correctly. Then follow the procedures shown in my "Advanced Installation" video. (I don't want to spam this thread with a video link, you can find it on the PerMa main page) Doing it this way came from Raulfin's input, and has worked very well.
  6. One of my subscribers suggested VioLens, and so far I've been pleased. The mod author of DoD, DaedalusAI, even suggests using VioLens on the description page for his mod on the Nexus.
  7. Quoting GSDfan: "This fixed it for me. Go into settings, workarounds and change the NMM version to 0.52.2 and see if that helps. Restart MO after." It worked for me as well.
  8. OK, annotation done telling users to be sure to change the .txt to .ini . As to placing the .ini in the SKSE folder, that was done at around the 5:40 mark.
  9. How to install SKSE for Mod Organizer Thank you to DoubleYou for his input below, and in PM, in correcting an error. Dirty Weasel Media on Youtube
