Not listing the archives prevents users not RTFM from downloading scripts that won't work for their load order. Users that RTFM and thus hopefully know what they are doing can click the links and download them.

Do not post screens of text, post the text instead, though asking the question is already sufficient in this case. See https://dyndolod.info/Installation-Instructions Use the game launcher to set the current location of the game in the Windows Registry. See Windows Registry Key for more. See https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Windows-Registry-Key for more detailed explanations.

Read the first of the DynDOLOD 3 Alpha thread which log and debug log to upload when making posts. Upload the entire crash log. The crash is of since that ACTI base record does not have a model, while BSExtraDataList seems to be a block in a NIF. Double check the crash does not happen when DynDOLOD output is not active. See https://dyndolod.info/FAQ which explains to check ..\DynDOLOD\docs\DynDOLOD-README.txt. Enable the debug option in DynDOLOD_Worlds.json or DynDOLOD_Worlds.txt as explained and upload the papyrus as well. It seems the DynDOLOD.esp is being overwritten by other plugins, which seems odd. LOD and the DynDOOLOD plugins and then Occlusion should be the last things to generate and then overwrite everything.

https://dyndolod.info/Generation-Instructions#2-Generate-The-LOD-Mod-with-DynDOLOD Finalize the load order as explained in the prerequisites above. Make sure all mods, plugins and patches (that affect exterior cells and worldspaces and base records used by references in exterior cells) are enabled and their overwrite order is sorted. Ignore wrong 3rd party advice to temporarily disable plugins, mods, meshes or textures. Such advice is categorically wrong or outdated. In case of issues, solve the cause or use appropriate rules or settings for desired results.

Read the first post which log and debug log to upload when making posts. Also upload ..\DynDOLOD\Logs\DynDOLOD_SSE_Object_Report.txt You mentioned the last plugin to touch the reference is DynDOLOD but the screenshot is not showing that information. Which of the two references? What about the base records? https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#In-Game-Screenshots Read the answers for "Out of place or floating objects" at https://dyndolod.info/FAQ Maybe you installed SMIM after generating LOD.

how to disable/ fix reachmossmountaincover lod?
sheson replied to teadude's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
To get the form id of the full model reference (and its base record with more informative console) it needs to be loaded, e .g. go close it. LOD does not have form IDs. https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum#In-Game-Screenshots -

And what is the base record form ID and the full model .nif filename of the full objects / references that have black LOD? -

sheson replied to gg12345's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
You didn't write what didn't work. You did not mention you already read https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Windows-Registry-Key and didn't ask a specific question about it. What rest of the way needs to be added to the documentation that was missing? -
how to disable/ fix reachmossmountaincover lod?
sheson replied to teadude's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Since you seem to be unwilling to surrender information I asked for, I suggest to check the log file. It tells you which tree LOD resources were found and used. If hat does not help. remove the mod entirely, check for other mods containing billboards as well. -
how to disable/ fix reachmossmountaincover lod?
sheson replied to teadude's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
LOD can only be generated for LOD assets that exist in the load order. If the billboard txt and dds files are removed, then there should be nothing generated at all - as is the default. Try to provide actual information, like what it is you found or what you actually changed before generating LOD again from scratch. What type of tree LOD are you generating? Upload the DynDOLOD log. -
how to disable/ fix reachmossmountaincover lod?
sheson replied to teadude's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
The vanilla game and DynDOLOD do not contain any LOD assets for reachmountainmosscover*.nif There most likely won't be a LOD model, only billboard dds/txt, for examplereachmountainmosscover07_000e9622.txt and reachmountainmosscover07_000e9622.dds etc. installed by a mod. Yes, could be HD LODs. Delete those billboard files. Then generate LOD. -
how to disable/ fix reachmossmountaincover lod?
sheson replied to teadude's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
What DynDOLOD version are you using? Provide actual information, like the based record form id, the full model .nif filename the actual LOD billboard texture *.dds filename. Read the DynDOLOD documentation to learn how it works. For example, do not install billboards for things if you do not want them to have billboard LOD. -
From the first post of this thread There is no hard requirement for the plugins that define unused LOD models and the FO4LODGen - Main.ba2 to be loaded in the game. However, if you notice flickering LOD textures or other odd behavior keep them in the load order. Let us know if this happened so we can update the instructions.

As we already suspected, your problem has nothing to do with Alpha 97 specifically. Always use the latest version. Read my earlier posts and do the troubleshooting suggestion. Test without the DynDOLOD and Occlusion plugins and report if it changes anything. Do all tests with a new game, e.g. coc whiterun from main menu console.

How to change the data path for skyrim
sheson replied to gg12345's question in DynDOLOD & xLODGen Support
Read this https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Windows-Registry-Key -
Use the "Click on this link for additional explanations and help for this message" link as explained in the first post to open additional help. The file can not be loaded because the texture can not be be found as shown by this error message in the log: [04:08] <Error: File not found textures\architecture\windhelm\WHwindowmapsglow_g.dds. Used by C:\DynDOLOD\Edit Scripts\DynDOLOD\Render\Objects\lod\windhelmlod.nif> It easily gets lost between all the other message about vanilla textures that are not found. Read https://dyndolod.info/Messages/File-Not-Found-Textures It seems the vanilla BSAs are loaded. Maybe they are corrupt or the mod manager, OS, antivir prevent file access.

Probably a race condition then. Try with Soulcairn only with this version a couple times to see if it still happens. https://mega.nz/file/IcpUVJpS#BsaVGNhnEdVT6nJnhEN9wGSp-n8wKu0v7w27diMeBss
-
Is that repeatable? If so I might need to know the exact install option used for The Soul Cairn Or I am missing an additional mod that might do changes on top of the mod to the base record 020041E7 or the used model (also check if something overwrites reference 0200E80B)

Read the first post which log and debug log to upload when making posts. https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Exceptions#Assertion-failure https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Exceptions#Item-not-found https://dyndolod.info/Official-DynDOLOD-Support-Forum Without the actual log, debug log and bugreport.txt nothing can be looked at or troubleshooted.

From https://dyndolod.info/Messages/Internal-File-FormID-Is-A-HITME In case the plugin is a the result of using a merge tool, it might be possible to fix it by loading and saving the plugin in Creation Kit or xEdit. In most other cases the plugin is most likely broken beyond automatic repair. What part about loading and saving the plugin in CK/xEdit do you not understand? Those are third party instructions for a specific guide. Read https://dyndolod.info/Changelog to see what changed between Alpha 96 and Alpha 97. The change to Texconv is inconsequential. Read https://dyndolod.info/FAQ "Older versions?" As I already posted and screenshotted, the object LOD meshes and textures you uploaded work fine and are not the problem. Test without the DynDOLOD and Occlusion plugins.

Run TexGen before running DynDOLOD. The initial DynDOLOD_SSE_log.txt you uploaded also had lots file not found errors. As explained in the documentation pay attention to all all log message and the summary at the end. https://dyndolod.info/Messages and https://dyndolod.info/Help/Summary-Of-Messages. The ones for Beyond Skyrim are expected. For some strange reason you gave 3 different links for the same DynDOLOD_SSE_log.txt uploaded. The uploaded logs are incomplete and seem to end after 6:29 minutes. Did you stop the generation? The reason the LOD of some trees is so large is because the 3D tree LOD model included in the LOD sets its scale on the root node like that. Download the attached versions and replace the files in the mod Blubbos trees for Daves Trees Addon mod in the meshes\DynDOLOD\LOD\trees\ folder. Then generate LOD with them. Blubbos trees for Daves Trees Addon.7z
-
Did you generate standard or ultra tree LOD? If problem persists after that generation, upload new log and debug log (it really should be there) and also ..\DynDOLOD\Logs\DynDOLOD_SSE_Tree_Report.txt and ..\DynDOLOD\Logs\DynDOLOD_SSE_Object_Report.txt
